Hotdesk Login Without Loggin In on RC App

Make Entering Dates Simple Again!
A simple task of entering a date, like a Date of Birth, in the Desktop app and Website is very tedious. You can't just type in the date, you have to use arrows to select The Month, then the day and then the year.
This takes too long, especially when you have many contacts to update. I don't understand why we can't just type "05/01/1980" and done!
Also, You can't Clear a date once you have entered it.

Ring/Notify all User under Call parking group if no one answer
Usually if a call is parked to a specific parking group and no one answers, it will not ring the other user that is part of the group - light on the presence will just lit up.

Ability to see the running memory (gb or mb) for all the recorded calls
There should be an option to see the running memory of all the recorded calls to the account.
For exmple : 1 recorded call is 1 GB once it is saved and the other call is higher, there should be an option to se the total amount of memory that used.

Offer color change options for text message bubbles
The color of the text message bubbles has just switched to a dark blue background with white text. All of the other themes have the same dark background/light text. Are you aware of halation? 50% of the population has an astigmatism; for those with this condition, reading a light text on a dark background causes visual issues and can lead to headaches. There needs to be an option where all my text bubbles, both incoming and outgoing, are in a visual contrast that works for me.

Add feature to view IP Address for Messaging Notifications for Voicemail
Allow RingCentral admins to see where voicemail emails are coming from by showing the IP address. This helps them keep an eye on security and fix any issues faster. They can control who sees this info and get alerts for any suspicious activity. Also, make it easy to connect with other security systems for better protection. This update gives admins more control, helps them stay on top of security, and makes it simpler to manage any problems that come up with voicemail emails.

Sending Text Messages using car hands free systems
The ability to Send Text Messages using car hands free systems. Users universally have a problem with sending Text Messages via car hands free systems. It does not seem to matter regarding the car OEM or using an Apple or Android phone. We do not have any problems receiving text messages however we cannot respond to that message or start a new one using the car hands free system. I suspect this has more to deal with the Apple and Android mobile app rather than the car system since regular carrier SMS messages are processed with no problems. Thank you.

different language transcription to text or email
It would be nice to have different language audio files transcribed to English for text or email. We have a ton of Spanish speakers that leave messages.
