Need "Display Extn Number" facility enabled to display extn numbers on Yealink Phones
Can Ring Central enable the feature "Display Extn Number" in order to display extn numbers on the Keys of Physical Phones as opposed to names please.
Upon checking with support we have this feature with Polycom phones but Yealink phone is not included

MWI enable in the admin portal
We are in our implementation and when we get phones (Poly VVX specifically) the MWI indicators are disabled by default. Our implementation engineer can enable them, but we cannot through the Admin portal. It would be great if we could just enable them. Otherwise every time we get a new phone in the future it will be a ticket to support to enable.

1 Number (RingEx License) assigned to 3 desk phones
It will be helpful if we can have one RingEx licence and one number to use with 3 different desk phones and have it ring simultaneously so that we don't need to purchase more Licenses

Have the ability to support cisco phones that were provisioned from Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) (3rd party phones that are not 3PCC and 3PW) to be able to be used in RingCentral.

BT Feature Request: all Deskphones should have an option to lock the basic settings.
BT Cisco, Polycom, Yealink and other BT Desk phones should have an option to lock the basic settings such as Brightness, Ringtones, Network Type for all BT Desk phones.

Mitel Do Not Disturb presence
Please add the ability for users to see when a phone has been placed on Do Not Disturb. Currently, if a Mitel phone is placed on Do Not Disturb their presence still shows green/available. If a phone is o Do Not Disturb the phone should show a red status to other users. This seems like a simple fix.

Show Original Callers Number in Caller ID when Transferring calls to External numbers
The ability to show originating Caller ID not just internally but also to external numbers.
Behavior: Caller dials the main number, user gets the call from a desk phone (Yealink), user transfers to an external number via Blind Transfer.

Display modification
Display modification | Minimize call information once call is answered | Cisco Deskphones
Details : When a call is answered, the call information pop up displays on the screen and its taking up almost the whole screen. The extension numbers/name assigned to each line key cant be seen anymore and is blocked by the pop up.

The Customer would like to have the option to hide the number showing on the upper left of the Cisco Phone.

Presence & Pickup for Parked Calls for Yealink W Series
Due to having no presence feature, Yealink cordless handsets can park calls and retrieve the call parked but cannot pickup initially parked calls. This should be an option for cordless handsets as it is covered on the subscription.
