Call queue voicemail should be received by all the user extensions device/physical phone
When someone is leaving a voicemail to the call queue they wanted that the voicemail should be receive by other extension device as well not a notification with attachment and not using the shared voicemail since the users will also getting the Voicemail of the primary extension and they should be notify when the voicemail is coming from the Call queue on each devices user extension profile.

Feature Request : Have option to adjust Off Hook Timeout for Cisco ATA devices
Details : currently no option to adjust the timer when the phone connected to the ATA device is off hook causing it to timeout after 20 sec we need to have the option to adjust and customize the timer to allow longer or shorter time when idle
Current behavior : off hook times out after a few seconds it being idle

Poly Trio 8300 to auto provision using WIFI
customers who opted to use and/or change to Poly Trio 8300 for its WIFI functionality hits a roadblock as they expect the WIFI functionality to work before or during provisioning. The phone must be connected hard wired first and does not instantly connects to WIFI.

Device Manual Provisioning Feature That Allows The "Username" Field To Be Used As The Extension Number
The customer has an emergency alert system that triggers using an extension, such as 5304, which activates the alert on device 8180. After transitioning from Mitel to RingCentral, the manual SIP provisioning information requires the "username" field to be entered into the 8180's extension field. The emergency alert system depends on this extension to trigger correctly. Currently, this setup is not functioning as needed because the "username" field from RingCentral's manual SIP settings is tied to the phone number, not the extension number. The customer requests a feature that allows the "username" field to be used as the extension number.

Turn Off Beep Sound for Polycom EDGEE550 for voicemails

HUD updates shouldn't need to reboot the Mitel 6930 and 6940 phones
Please update the Mitel 6930 and 6940 firmware so they don't reboot when an HUD is updated from the app. When updating speed dials on the Mitel portal they would always update the speed dial buttons without ever rebooting the phones. With Ring Central even moving the order of the HUD on the app causes the phones to reboot.
At a minimum there should be a button on the App to push out the updated HUD with a warning that it will reboot the phone.
Many users computers are connect through the phones so rebooting the phones cause the computer…1 vote
