  1. We are trying to upgrade the firmware version of Poly Trio 8800 to 7.2.8.0031, but it keeps on reverting to 7.2.4 since the phones are assisted provisioned.

  6. Allow use of eSIM or SIM based deskphone device like Yealink T67 & T64 on RC platform. This allows for easy deployment for SMB customers. Customers do not have to worry about getting a internet connection for the device, instead use the 4G data.

  7. Feature Request: Enhanced Device Presence and Call Monitoring for Mitel 6930 IP Phone

    Current Behavior: Mitel's device presence features allow users to see the availability of colleagues (busy, idle, etc.). However, there's limited functionality for monitoring incoming calls on another user's phone.

    Desired Behavior: Enhance device presence and call monitoring capabilities for the Mitel 6930 IP Phone to include:

    Caller ID with Name Display: When a call rings on a monitored extension, the Mitel 6930 displays the caller's name alongside the number on the monitoring phone.

  10. Currently this model can only update to 6.4.4. I think 6.4.6 version will add some compatibility with the BT700 headset on these phones.

  16. Our Poly E450 and E350 are both used as a Common/Hot deskphones. When a User login there is no "log-out" key. I was advised by the representative to use the Admin Portal or *91 since some of the deskphone model do not have log-out button.
