    Details : to have BT include the poly edge E series as supported phones since the current 411 only BT doesn't have it as a supported phone while other partner brands already have them included.

    Current behavior : unable to connect to the server to complete assisted provisioning

  10. Allow use of eSIM or SIM based deskphone device like Yealink T67 & T64 on RC platform. This allows for easy deployment for SMB customers. Customers do not have to worry about getting a internet connection for the device, instead use the 4G data.

    Current Behavior: Mitel's device presence features allow users to see the availability of colleagues (busy, idle, etc.). However, there's limited functionality for monitoring incoming calls on another user's phone.

    Desired Behavior: Enhance device presence and call monitoring capabilities for the Mitel 6930 IP Phone to include:

  20. Our Poly E450 and E350 are both used as a Common/Hot deskphones. When a User login there is no "log-out" key. I was advised by the representative to use the Admin Portal or *91 since some of the deskphone model do not have log-out button.

    Please add a log-out button on the phone models above.
