We have faced some inconsistencies with our call queue priorities in the past, and would like to see if it would be possible for a tool to be put into place to give a visualization to the actual placements and priorities of the staff in a rotating call queue; while notating the idle time or current status would be nice, simply seeing where staff are in relation would greatly assist in our reading of statistics and be able to deduce details without requiring direct support.

  9. Wanted functionality whenever anyone makes an outbound call through the Ipad phone app, you have a functionality to choose Ringcentral app as a dialer. Current Ipad air version doesn't show the Ringcentral app as an option within the Ipad's phone app to make calls.

  10. If an event is set to "repeat", ex. weekly or monthly, it would be helpful to have the option to edit the description section (and possibly other details, like the "location") of single events within the series...for example, a weekly meeting that features a different topic each week.

  11. We have had a few users who have chosen to close an active call by hitting the X close window button and not the red end call button. They get a pop up that says the call will end when the window closes, but it does not. The call stays active and can still be heard. This has been resolved only by closing and relaunching Teams, killing and and restarting the plug in or restarting the laptop. I tested on a couple system. One had plug in 23.1.30 and closing the window ended the call. All other systems are on…

  15. The "All Calls" screen will accumulate weeks and weeks of calls that takes me some time to delete. I wanted to be able to set the "All Calls" screen to only show the last 10 calls, +/-. I do not need volume of calls that accumulate on this screen.

  16. We currently use the "Post message via email" feature in Conversations/Teams to receive notifications triggered by particular scripts. Works great! It would be nice if we could also make these messages go to particular tasks for better organization. Right now it's conversationid@accountid.mvp.ringcentral.com and it would be nice to also have conversationid+taskid@account_id.mvp.ringcentral.com, for example.
