I would like to understand if there is any report available in RC Analytics or on the backend that could show us the number of users who never logged into their RC app, potentially along with their RC desktop client software version. I'm speaking here only about the desktop client not the web-based version. Thanks!

Request: We need to be able to set separate default devices for the "phone" and the "video" functionalities of the MVP suite.------------------These users start a huddle type meeting at the start of the day and need to take other calls throughout the day. That being said, they must not leave the huddle at any point, and must not cut it's audio. Hello, A client reached out about the possibility of having the option to include the system speakers and mic to be added to the Speaker and microphone combination section in the desktop application. I called support and they mentioned that the option does not exist. If there is a way to add the system speakers and mic to the combination list, this would allow for a more efficient work process.

  9. Why would contacts be being saved on an iPhone titled "via RingCentral"? All of these contacts appeared and were not created by the iPhone's owner. Every one of them is the owner's assigned RingCentral number. It would be best if we had the option hide company contacts when using the mobile app

  11. New CSRs need this. I am a new hire, and on multiple occasions I have been automatically selected to call somebody back about something I'm not yet even trained to handle. For incoming calls, I am usually excluded from queues that go toward more experienced representatives, but somehow I get selected for callbacks that RingCX knows and tells me upfront are about electrical issues, when I'm only trained in the plumbing department. Then it's awkward when I have to transfer a customer that I called.

On the desktop version of RingCentral, we have issues where if Chrome version 104 is blocked by our web filter it will cause the app to not work correctly, such as not allowing users to enable or disable their call queue status.We want to ask if there is a fix for this as we would prefer not to keep that version of Chrome unblocked for security reasons.
