  1. Currently, we only have "Miss call VMs, faxes and text" notification settings in one option to turn on or turn off on RingCentral Mobile App. Customer only want to disable the Fax Notification.

When Android Auto Wireless is in use the RC app does not send through audio and tries to route the call through Wifi when no internet connection is available since it is only using wifi for the connection to Android Auto. We don't want to use our cell phone number for the calls. Direct dial data has only wifi or mobile data, wifi or carrier minutes only. You should add an option for Mobile Data Only that way RC app would not think the wifi connection is an actual live internet connection and would not use it.

  4. The caller will have an option to dial their account number so that it will appear to RingCentral application the detail which is the account number of the caller for documentation purposes

  5. Customer ported in and had extension 112, when customers dial the 112 extension it says that it's invalid then hangs up on the caller. What customer wants to happen is when it's dialed it will say that it's an invalid number then be routed back to the operator instead of being hanged up on.

  6. Ability to manage all the features on the RC App as Administrator.The customer would like to limit the feature on the RingCentral app for all their users. They want to their users to see all the features and settings on the RC app and have the option to manually change it.

  7. ability to manage call forwarding in the RC Mobile App, So no need to go to the admin portal or to the desktop app to manage it. It will be easier if customers can add, turn on, or off the call forwarding directly on the mobile app.

  9. I have a lot of chats (private and group as well), so I use folders to manage them. For instance, I have a Team folder with chats with my teammates. However, some of my teammates are members of different projects or teams. So, I want to add such conversations and chats in multiple folders instead of moving them to one folder.Another example.   11. RC mobile app to have options for which items to appear. other than rearranging the app, an option to totally delete items that is not needed or unused, so they won't appear on the menu

  12. The call logs report under Settings>Phone>Calls tab are misleading in RingCentral Desktop app version 24.1.10.3459 with New app layout with unified inbox. For example, I called the customer on her direct number and it shows her name on the 1st line of information followed by Outgoing call tagging in the 2nd line. It seems like the customer called me instead of me making an outgoing call to her.

  14. The tooltip that appears when hovering over the icons above the message line does not go away after you start typing. The tooltip covers the message text box and you can't see what you're typing. This is annoying and requires you to move your hands off the keyboard back to the mouse to move it.

  15. This is the primary reason I go into the RingCentral app throughout the day, catching up on unread messages. I believe for a while you had this feature. It'd be great to be able to navigate up and down in the list of unread conversations shown in the Unread pane.

  16. Because when I use my 2nd line to dial out so that my main line is open for incoming calls I have to look up the client and get their number or double enter all of our clients into both accounts, lot of extra time and work .

  18. With the recent RingCentral app update, user are no longer allowed to receive calls when on a RingCentral Video conference meeting. It automatically updates the user status to DND. Customer is requesting to revert this changes as it affects their work flow.

  20. Customer would like to get an excel file as is when it is being sent in fax and not translated as a pdf file since the company where she's sending it to, will only accept excel file via fax and not through email.
