    1. To have the capability to access the missed calls of other users from the desk phones.
    2. To have the capability to customize the role and have the visibility of the missed calls of a specific users only and not the entire call logs of the account.

  7. Customer caller ID is not showing up if they calling a different provider such as At&t. Customer wants the her company caller ID will be shown on all the Telco provider in the US.

  8. MAKE ALL SITE COMPANY NUMBERS AVAILABLE AS OUTBOUND CALLER ID. I have 3 separate businesses, each with their own Company Number. I use one of my business locations as a central hub for accounting. I need that Main Site to be able to make outbound calls from all three company numbers. I can't have customers and vendors getting calls from a Main Site phone number that has a Caller Id of a company that they don't do business with. -- I need to be able to make outbound calls from Any of the Main Company Phone Numbers that I own.…

  9. The limited extension/common area phones have direct numbers and can receive incoming calls through that. This should also be used to route IVR MENU keypress.

  14. On the MS Teams integration, when you open it, the default buttons you see are:
    Phone, Contacts, SMS, Fax & More.

    -We would like to have the ability to customize these buttons where we could either remove SMS & Fax for certain users or put SMS & Fax on the 3-dots option or more so it's not included on the default view.

  17. When you are on an active RingCentral phone call or in a meeting, we would like to prevent your computer from engaging your screensaver when there is no keyboard or mouse activity. This is the behavior we experience with other similar applications (Webex, Teams, Zoom).

  19. We are using a Poly Trio C60 conference phone. This phone has a limit of 5 callers (phone plus 4 guests). Is there a different conference phone or is there a setting in our system that will allow us to have more than 4 guests on a conference call. We understand we could set up a Ring Central meeting, but we would prefer using the conference phone.
