This is something that we really need to have available for our IT group. We have an off hours IVR setup for our users when we do not have Helpdesk coverage. We do not want to have the queue names visible for users to find and begin bypassing Helpdesk when they are available.

I would like to exclude certain users from the company contact list - for example, I do not want our company president's direct number displayed.

Agree this is necessary to hide some VIP numbers/extension in the directory

This! Would be good to hide CEO/CFO number in the directory so you need to know their extensions to call them

This is quite useful for the C-level's, President, and others that need not be on an open 'find a user!' option. Or, is that to say that I could call the RC headquarters and find the CIO's extension by 'dial by name' ?

Please add this as a new feature/option. We do require the ability to hide users from the corporate directory/RingCentral Office directory. We have this exact same issue with multiple users with an account that only are licensed for RC Meetings. This does cause confusion. There is a similar idea to this as well.https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-623

We would like to be able to hide a user from showing up in the directory when others search within the desktop/mobile app, as well as dial by name. For example, we have a user who is only licensed for meetings, but since a number is still required, they show up in the directory, which creates confusion for other users as they are expecting to be able to call him, and they cannot.
