Whenever the customer added a contact to her ringcentral application, she wants the contact to be automatically added to her assistant's contact in ringcentral app.

Contacts/Address book.
I see where we can create a "team" in the contacts section, which allows you to invite members from work. What about the ability to create groups for just your regular contacts? I'm a recruiter and it'd be handy to have my candidates listed under groups such as "On assignment" or even by skills like "machine operators" or "warehouse workers".

Be able to modify permissions when creating Custom Role
When creating a custom role there are some options that are greyed out and are assigned to ALL roles.
It is necessary to be able to EDIT all categories to create a perfect ROLE.
For example, I want to create a role with NO access to company's contacts, today that is not possible since that option is greyed out.
PLEASE, allow SUPER ADMIN to edit all categories and choose what to display to users and what not.
Should be as simple as enabling the option to edit all categories.

let us add or remove the "middle name" info to the name column in the call log
Let us add or remove the "middle name" info to the name column in the call log. When using the desktop app the middle name info is shown in the call log. When using the web admin portal and associated extension, the call log only shows the first and last names. I understand not everyone will want to have the middle name listed in the call log, so if we could more easily add or remove the contact info we want listed in the call log that would be great.

Contact Center Routing Number in the RC App directory
Have Contact Center Routing Number (numbers not assigned to a user, call queue, IVR etc) be seen as Account Contact numbers in the RC App. The only ones that you will see in your Contacts are numbers that are assigned to an extension (user, call queue, IVR etc).

Quick Contact Edit
Sometimes we need to do an Edit on a contact after an incoming call, but we can't just click on the call log and do a quick edit, we have to go to the contacts list, search for the contact and then edit.
Adding an Edit option on the call log when the contact is already added to the list of contacts will minimize data entry.

Sync all contacts from all sources into one contact and auto filter out any duplicate numbers in the merged contact.
Currently O365 contacts are listed a separate contact inside the RC contacts. any Merged contacts from different sources that have the same contact number get listed multiple times, these duplicate number matches should be removed.

Company Phonebook for all users from one single upload
It would be very helpful if there is an option to upload a company wide phonebook that will be used by all users. I just spoke to Ringcentral support and was advised that at the moment, the only option is to upload individually to each user which is not ideal and time consuming. A better option would be to upload to the admin portal and all users can pull the contacts from there and it would be great if each user is given an option when saving a new contact to either save it as a local contact (for their…
