Clickable quoting in messaging
Currently when quote message, its just repeating the text. Would be much more convenient, if possible to click at quoted text and it will lead to original message.

Omit HTML Code in Microsoft Dynamics Chat Activity
We have an integration with Microsoft Dynamics. When chat transcripts save to our CRM, the chat activity is showing HTML code making it hard to read through the activity. We'd like for the HTML code to not show in our CRM activity to improve readability. Unread Messages Bubble is Gray
Phone and Text unread/missed calls are showing up with an orange number, but messages is gray. This makes it very hard to see unread messages if you don't hear the sound.

Add an out of office feature for message
When on PTO/ annual leave even though you can change the status to say that you're out of office sometimes people do not see this and send messages and try to chase up. It would be great if there could be an automatic reply (like you can do with email) to tell someone you're out of office or a pop up on the top of the screen. Microsoft Teams has this feature so it would be great if we could do something similar.

Allow admins to restrict file types shared via RingCentral
Hi! I think it would be helpful if certain file extensions could be blocked from being sent via message. For example, if admins wanted to prevent executable files from being shared.

Collaborate a file in message
Want to collaborate directly in message and see who is reviewing, and editing a file. Right now you share the file, then you will have to download that file then you have you make the changes then add the new file back into message

Team Audio Notifications
Scenario: a user is apart of around 100 teams. They do not want to hear an audio notification for every single team, and they can turn this off in their settings. However, for 10-15 of their teams, they want audio notifications to remain on. Editing Main Admin & Internal Messaging (Privacy Liability Moderation)
Hey RingCentral,A contractor set up our business with you and they are no longer with us. I've been co administering this account with her since the beginning. Someone else took her position and we gave the account to him, not realizing that they had administrative permissions. This worked out because he slid into that position eventually. However he was also let go recently.Further, I did not know that the main admin also received emails regarding text usage. Looking to have Messages panel not collapse if the window is resized
Both in the RC desktop app and the browser based app if the window is resized the messages panel (favorites, direct messages) collapses unless the window is resized to be larger.It would be nice to have a toggle option to disable this collapsing when resized.

Add the ability to create a chat team that automatically includes all users
It would be great if there was a way to create a chat team that automatically included all users in an org. Similar to how the default team chat works, but for newly created channels. Currently you have to manually add every member to a team, then manually upkeep that team as new users join the org.

Mass Add users to Teams
We have 200+ internal employees in RingCentral. It would be useful to have mass add functionality in the GUI for Teams/Calendars so Team admins don't have to find every single person individually.Maybe include some sorting features to narrow the list down by Site or by other parameters such as MVP accounts over/instead of guests? Checkboxes and Add All button sure would be nice here.The best solution we have at present is to divide up staff lists and distribute the workload of adding staff.

Exporting Team Chats in Desktop App
We are looking for a way to save/export the text thread from our Teams chats as it has historical information that we will need to reference outside of the Ring Central desktop app. I would also appreciate an integration from a Third Party that does this task as well.

Requesting disabling of Chat, Texting, Video Conferencing from the computer and mobile application
I need to disable chat/texting/and video conferencing due to compliance rules (as we are in the financial services industry). Our firm will only be utilizing ringcentral for inbound/outbound calling. This is a requirement of our compliance department in order to use services from ringcentral. Thank you.

Send voice messages over chat
As a user I'd like to record a quick voice message and send that as an attachment in the chat pane. Like you can do in Whatsapp.Just press a button to record voice, speak your message, then click a button to stop recording. Then send.At the other end, recipient sees the sent file, they click to play the audio, click to stop, click to download it etc.

Allow Super Admin to view group messages in Ring Central
Team Chats in Ring Central should allow the Super Admin to monitor communications to ensure the banks liability is protected. The same way companies have access to employees emails to protect the company

add checklists to messaging
It would be really nice to be able to create a checklist, or to-do type list in direct messages and teams. Maybe this could be implemented by adding the option for multiple check-boxes on a task?

Allow individual users to export their own Direct Messages
Can we get the RingCentral app to allow individual users to download their own Direct Messages based on the conversation? Currently only those with appropriate rights and download the DMs but its all of the DMs. This change will allow a user to export a conversation and present it to HR or their manager if there is something questionable going on and maintain a level of privacy that is expected in cases where HR might need to be contact IE harassment.

Show time when message been sent and edited
Like other messaging platform, there is an option to see on when was the sender edited their messages.This would be a simple feature that might come in handy when it comes to messaging.
