  3. I’m looking for a way to have the outbound call go through the mobile app instead of the desktop app and desk phone. Our users don’t have headsets for their computers, but do have earbuds for their cellphones, so we want to click to dial and have it ring through the cell phone app only.

  7. On iOS, a user can allow the RingCentral app through various Focus modes. If a RingCentral call is received while in a Focus mode, the RingCentral app can still vibrate and audibly ring the device.On Android, a user can allow the RingCentral app through Do Not Disturb. If a RingCentral call is received while in Do Not Disturb, the RingCentral app DOES NOT vibrate or audibly ring the device.   8. I work in IT and have to help users update their PINs, but the criteria field covers the re-enter field and is confusing for the user. If it was below and out of the way, it would be more intuitive to the user for them to confirm their PIN.

  10. As the title states, an emergency alert banner that can be displayed across the top of the screen similar to Rings update banner. In the event of an emergency (Fire, shooting, natural disaster, etc) the ability to quickly notify everyone in the company is imperitive. Something that can be quickly sent out from users with the correct access and that displays accross all of the Ring Central apps and programs.

  11. Viewing company call log on RC App without opening the admin portal will be a great feature. I will not need to log in on the admin portal anymore. This is a convenient feature where admin's on my account will be able to view it by just opening the application.

  12. When users select the "Blocked" number as their outbound caller ID, recipients often see the caller ID as "11111" or the call is marked as spam. As a result, the majority of recipients do not answer these calls, leading to communication disruptions and inefficiencies.

    Implement a feature that allows the option to whitelist "Blocked" Caller IDs to prevent them from being tagged as spam by recipients' phone systems. This ensures that calls made with a "Blocked" Caller ID appear legitimate and are not automatically declined by the recipient.
