Customise contact information show on desktop/mobile app
On the desktop app when there is a call incoming, the only contact information we can see is initials. We have no idea who is calling as there are thousands of contacts in my contact list. Please can this be made customisable so that we can see the name of the caller, plus company?

The selection of smileys are way too less in RC chat. Please add more smiley packs.

Ring group when voicemail is left on user account.
Customer contacted and is asking if we can add a feature to ring group when voicemail is left on user account. We currently have email notification and shared voicemail but they are asking if we can add option to ring the users.verbatim:If there a way to ring a group of people when a voicemail is left. We want our customers to leave a VM on the account. Then, the system rings a group of service technicians to notify them there is a voicemail left.

Please include the GRID option for the HUD in the RC APP.
Would be nice if the HUD has a grid view of the extensions in the RC APP. THis is available in the standalong phone app but not the RC app.

Android Ring Central App Messages notifications Ringtones
Need the ability to change the ringtones for the messages to make it different then the generic notification on the phone so that not all things will have the same noise. This way we can know what is important.

Customize startup view for desktop app
I mostly use the Text page, and I wish there were a way to customize my settings so that RC would automatically open to Text instead of Message. Message seems to be the default, so I just waste a few seconds every morning clicking over to Text.

Custom/moving emojis
Used in the messaging feature, it's an excellent way to incorporate personal company logos and to make the agents more interactive. Moving from a different platform this was one feature that we enjoyed for motivation. Add emoji then you upload a gif or png and it will make it transparent to use on a black or white background. Simple to add and brings a lot of fun. Thank you

RingCentral App: Date/Time to use local regional settings
Please can the date/time format be changeable or atleast by default use the local OS settings.E.g. we are in the UK but the date/time is in US format Month/Day and not Day/Month.

Add a "To" area for Faxing on the Apps
This area would allow someone sending a fax to not have to put someone in their contacts and then send them a fax so the "To" area is filled in the fax. See pictures for representation. The way it works right now, is in order for that "To" area to be filled, you need to add whomever you are sending a fax to into your contacts, then go and fill out the fax. This new feature will allow users the ability to fill in the "To" area without having to add the person as a contact prior to.

Allow the RC Desktop app .exe installation to be installed silently
There is no easy way to mass deploy the RC app easily while also having it auto update. This is a very basic feature that every installer should have.Allowing a silent install would be beneficial to those who script their deployments out and for people that do not have GPO as an option.

Ability to customize the dial pad size
The most current version of the RC App (22.1.31.106750) has shrunk the dial pad to about half of it's normal size. This makes it difficult to dial out or read the keypad. The recommendation is a setting that allows you to adjust the size of the dial pad based on the individual user's current need.

Adding a feature to set an out of office message for text messages.
While out of the office, not everyone calls to hear we are out of the office but I always come back to multiple text messages. If an out of office feature could be added when we get a text, it would be extremely helpful!

We need the ability to setup auto replies to texts messages. As a busines owner and consultant I want to be able to setup an autoreply so people know to call or email our support number to avoid delays in receiving help.

Allow voicemails to forward to another extension and via email
It would be great to be able to forward voicemails in your mailbox to another company extension or even via email. Traditionally, this is a feature in PBX systems and even other corporate VoIP systems. And works well and very useful.

Create a default group of contacts for all users that admins can manage
We have Field Reps that our RingCentral users call on a daily basis. I have been asked multiple times if I can create contacts for the field reps and their mobile numbers for all users so everyone did not have to create them. We have more than 50 contacts. This would be a nice feature for only the Admin to delete/edit/manage/add the "global contact".

Show called # when inbound call comes in
It will be useful to show the called # when an inbound call comes in. I have 2 businesses and 1 business uses my company main and RC support and I have managed to amend settings to allow the called # to show when a call comes in. However we have been unable to show the called # for the 2nd telephone # I have. This is important since I need to know which business the inbound call relates to so that I know how to answer the phone.

Audible Chat Notification
It would be nice to hear an audible notification when a new message comes through in the chats in case we need to step away from our desk or when multi-tasking for RC web/desktop app and RC mobile
