  1. In the previous version of Glip/RingCentral App, when you would view all of the tasks, it would organize them by the due time (if there was a due time) and show the due time clearly. This does not happen in the new app. It's caused lots of late appointments for us :(

Currently when users login to any RingCentral app (desktop, mobile, web) they are prompted for their email address or phone number first which triggers the manual password signin process only and to sign in with Single Sign-on (SSO) users have to click the "Single Sign-on" button first before they enter their email address and continue to be redirected to the company SSO provider.   3. I would like to see the Calendar removed from Workspace area and available as a direct menu option on the left within the desktop app. There is plenty of room for added menu items on the left and this would benefit people that use the calendar frequently. thanks

  5. there are times the alert will appear multiple times a day when pressing the dial pad causing it to appear multiple times annoying the user specially if they are supposed to make Outbound Calls Multiple times a day

  10. Other softphone apps allow me to set a shortcut key to dial the highlighted number in Windows. So, anywhere in any app, if I highlight a phone number, I can hit a key and dial it in the RC app.

  11. Old RC would provide sound notifications even if your app was focused. You could be ative in a team, and still receive sound notifications for other teams. Now, you do not get any sound notifications if the app is focused - it NEEDS to be out of focus / not active in order to get sound notifications.

Please add a share option on that where the user can share his file from the RingCentral app to other applications i am using RingCentral for a long time but when i want to send a file from the RingCentral app to other applications like WhatsApp, so I have to download it first and then send it, this application has limited us only to our environment as compared to other applications.

My customer uses a 7 digit ticketing number system for their IT department helpdesk and when Ticket numbers are being sent via Message in our Unified app, the ticket numbers are getting converted to Phone number call hyperlinks. This is an issue as they want to prevent our app from converting 7 digits to launch a phone call as they want to be able to highlight and copy the number to search in their internal ticket system data base. Can we make it an option to turn off 7 digit auto link to phone numbers or disable all together?
