Uploading Contacts and Assigning it to Groups
The designated contacts under the group (admin portal) is not synchronizing on the RC App, the contacts on the group should synchronized on the RC App

Allow Dialer to be moved out the RC App window.
We currently have a large pool of our users using the RC Phone app, the main reason for this is the fact that it is small and can sit in the corner of their Screen and doesn't require much desktop real estate. As we have been trying to migrate our users over to the RC app, this has been a huge roadblock. If there was a way to Pop-out or the dialer into a new window that can be moved outside of the RC app window this would allow for the same functionality as was available with the Phone App.…

Today we can use your app to text 10 digit phone numbers but not short codes. Please update your app to allow texting to short codes too.

Make auto-receptionists numbers searching in the RingCentral app
I have several auto-receptionists numbers that are not searching in the RingCentral app. My only workaround is to create contacts for each user.

Admin can change other users' presence status and presence message
If a user doesn't show up for work (calls out sick, for example), their Available/Busy status cannot be updated by anyone else, so all other users see their presence as whatever their last status was, and they think that the user is at their desk when they are not there. It would be helpful if an Admin user could change other users' Available/Busy status, and the presence message, so that all other users would know the true status of the user.

...ferent members of the firm. Becuse currently the export shows nothing - it only shows what the individuals enaged in and doesn't tell us who is saying what. it's useless for future employment related issues.

Call history to show the number dialed to determine if the call was to a queue or direct
In the call history tab can the calls display what number they called? I am on a queue for the I.T. helpdesk, if someone calls the helpdesk number and I miss it, it shows in my call history (All calls & missed calls) tabs as a missed call but nowhere does it show if they called me direct or if they called our queue. If they called me direct I feel I should return the call, if they called the queue then I can assume someone else answered the call.I know I can do this in the android app by…

RingCentral APP - Grouping Conversations/Messages
In the RC Classic app, conversations in Teams and Direct Messages group together. The new App does not do this, each message is a separate line and it's actually really frustrating/ugly. Can you please allow the option or set it so that messaging groups together? This would make a bunch of my Engineers very happy.

Smarter Meeting Reminders
I have users that report that when they are already in a meeting or call, the RC app will still pop up a reminder that they need to join the meeting - which they are already in. RC should already know they are in a meeting.

Create teams based on lists with email addresses (Creation of teams in Unify Office)
-Supported so far are only list of pure email mail addresses separated with ';'.-For simple creation it should be possible to create lists in a format

Messaging Chat to the foreground
It would be really helpful if a notification popped up when an interoffice message is sent. (For example, in Microsoft Teams). When we receive a phone call the dial box pops up so we know to answer the phone. Right now, if someone sends a message, the only way we're notified is every 15 min or an hour via email unless you have the desktop app open.

Audio Only Conference Bridge Creation from UC App
Currently you are able to create an Audio only bridge by going to the web to get your Audio only bridge details: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Conference-calling-from-your-online-account.html As we encourage our staff to mostly use the UC RingCentral app, it would be ideal for them to also be able to setup a Audio Call Bridge from the UC app as well instead of having to open their Online account to get their Audio bridge details each time. Audio only is useful for less technical users who do not want to click on the link to use either the RingCentral Video app or web versions.

Universal Dock/undock feature for each section in the new app
My company recently joined Ringcentral and many users wanted the ability to only see their dial pad without the extra things in the desktop app.I noticed that once you enable the HUD in the desktop app, HUD is able to undock from the main app as well as the 2 sub sections (Extensions and Park Locations) are each able to undock from the main window. You are allowed to close the main window while keeping those undocked windows open. Would it be possible to adopt this undock/dock feature to more sections of the app? My agents would love to be…

Organize Tasks by Due TIME
In the previous version of Glip/RingCentral App, when you would view all of the tasks, it would organize them by the due time (if there was a due time) and show the due time clearly. This does not happen in the new app. It's caused lots of late appointments for us :(

Calendar to Main Menu on Left
I would like to see the Calendar removed from Workspace area and available as a direct menu option on the left within the desktop app. There is plenty of room for added menu items on the left and this would benefit people that use the calendar frequently. thanks

Turn Off Alert For Emergency services may be limited or unavailable when pressing the dial pad
there are times the alert will appear multiple times a day when pressing the dial pad causing it to appear multiple times annoying the user specially if they are supposed to make Outbound Calls Multiple times a day

Adding scheduled(delayed) text messaging on both desktop and the mobile app as an option would be great
It would be useful to send reminders to clients at numerous times during the day. That would be beyond helpful!
