Mic Mode on Mac
Apple has Mic Mode in their control center that has different options for your mic that allows you to control the input. Whenever I use my airpod pros through my Mac, the background noise is amplified and makes it extremely hard for the person on the other end to hear. Using the Voice Isolation mic mode would fix this completely but it is not integrated with ringcentral.

Notify when user is available
Being able to be notified when a user has become available if they are either currently in a call, in a meeting, or otherwise unavailable. Simple push notifications would be the only thing necessary.

Create an option to remove the apps tab in the RingCentral application
Currently the apps tab is tied to the messaging feature. The only way to remove the apps option is to remove messaging from an account. It would be helpful if these were separate so that I can control whether users are allowed to add apps to their application while still maintaining the messaging feature.

Some of my team members have shown me results from their computer where Ring Central softphone Glip all in one app takes up most of the systems recourses.

Allow mobile app to be logged into multiple users simultaneously or take advantage of Android's "dual messenger" function
Android's dual messenger function allows you to run multiple instances of the same app simultaneously on one device. This allows you to be signed in to multiple accounts, or in this instance, multiple extensions, at the same time on the same device. The reason that I find this potentially helpful is because I am not able to receive messages(sent to our main number) while I am logged into my personal extension on the app.

Make RingCentral contacts show up when I receive a text to my email
My colleagues receive my emails, meaning they are able to see the texts that RingCentral forwards to my email (in case I'm unavailable or out of the office). The problem with this, is that they only show the person's phone number, and not the contact name in the email. If one of my colleagues wants to email that person back because I am out of the office, they have to manually search through contacts to see who texted me, even though that person is in my contacts. Rename a phone number during a conference meeting when they dial in
Hello Dev, I hope you are having a great day. Context: we created a meeting using RingCentral Scheduler in Outlook. As you know, this allows us to send an email containing RC link to the meeting and the dial in phone number with access code. Red Dot Notification setting for the RingCentral Taskbar Icon
It would be great if a setting can be added to change which notifications cause the RingCentral Taskbar Icon to have a red dot.For those larger companies that have company wide Teams, it would be ideal to have a setting where the Red Dot Taskbar icon only appears when receiving a direct message or just selected users. Without this, having company-wide Teams causes the Red Dot to appear in the RingCentral logo in the taskbar almost constantly and is useless in knowing if someone is trying to reach out to you. Ability to use gif as profile picture.

Add the capability to input the "To", "Company" & "Phone No" to all fax coversheets.
When sending a fax, although there are the fields of To, Company & Phone No., there appears to be no way to add that informaiton of the Fax Coversheet. Yet it asks for the fax number and which coversheet you want to use, along with being able to add a note, but nowhere does it allow you to add the recepient's name, company name or phone number you are sending the fax to, or the company name or phone number. I find that so odd since the To and Company are primary in any fax coversheet.

Yellow Calling Indicator
The green bubble next to your name, it would be helpful if it changed to yellow when you hit send on a call while you're waiting for it to connect. Then others can tell that you're dialing and not interrupt by calling them.

Update Presence Settings to allow Manual "Busy" Signal
RingCentral should allow users to manually select "busy" to reflect a red dot. This will allow for more flexibility and will provide users the freedom to be unavailable for periods of time throughout the workday. While the feature is automatic with an answered phone call, many users utilize RingCentral with their business organizations on a daily basis for personal messaging and document sharing. It would be great to have this feature available with more ease.
