Synchronize iCloud contact to Service Web
Our customer would like to synchronize his iCloud contacts to the RingCentral desktop app. A work around was provided to download customer VCF then convert to a CSV file then upload it to the service web.

Change gender of emojis
There are only male versions of some emojis, this is frustrating and frankly a huge oversight.

Money ring tone like it shows in notifications
I would like the money ringtone to sound when my phone rings with a business call from my forwarded ring central account. It is available for notifications but not for a ring tone.

See scheduled meetings farther into future on mobile app
I use the ios mobile app frequently. Unfortunately, I am unable to view/edit any scheduled meetings that are greater than 1 week out. I have to go to the desktop app to do so. It would be much more convenient to have those meetings accessible via the mobile app.

Block inbound calls that are forwarded to the RC numbers
Inbound Calls to the RC numbers can only be filtered by the phone number and there is no way to stop receiving calls that are forwarded from another carrier.Hoping that we can have a feature that can detect forwarded calls and let users decide to block or accept them.

Silence audio of incoming call
have a setting yet on the app or on the admin portal that can silent the audio of incoming calls that only comes from the call queue. Having the agility of not hearing the ringtone all the time when a call is from the call queue

Parked call should have a duration
Every called that is parked should have a duration on the screen. Would be really nice to have the duration so the call that has been parked the longest can be picked up first

Allow call queues to ring extensions who only use Mobile Application
Users that are part of a queue /or even ring group is not ringing their extensions if they only have soft phone / desktop application / mobile application which gives limit to call routing of the company.A lot of employees were now working remotely and not all of them have physical phones.

Forward a voicemail message to another extension from RingCentral App, or by phone
It would be useful so that you can forward a voicemail message to another user. From the App you would click on the phone icon, all voicemail, click on the three dots, and then there would be a forward option, and you could forward it to another extension.If you were to call in and check your voicemail, you could forward from the IVR and add a message, similar to a supervised call transfer, but this would be a supervised voicemail message transfer.

Ability to disable single-character formatting
Ring Central Message automatically uses characters such as * and _ as a pseudo-commands to format the characters inbetween them. It also allows the (now standard) use for control characters (ctrl-b, ctrl-u, ctrl-i) for formatting. Further, the formatting is not shown prior to sending the message, and worse, there is no limit (that I have come across) as to how far apart these characters are in a message.My idea is to have an option to turn off the use of printable characters as formatting commands.Use cases:Copy/pasting a mathematical formula with multiplication. Dial from web app or browser, but call takes place on desk phone
It would be helpful (and something that was a feature with Fonality) where you can click on a phone number in your browser OR copy and paste a phone number to the RC web app. The call starts to dial out, but it's connected to your deskphone where the call takes place.

Is there a way to make the Task Reply section in a Task Viewer larger?
So my company uses Tasks in various Teams to keep track of work that needs to be done. When selecting a specific Task, the most important information is usually in the Task Replies, but the replies are all shown on the right side of the screen with only like 35 characters to a line. When these task replies are anything but very short blurbs (as they often are in our workflow), it becomes difficult to try to read them in this menu and I have to resort to looking at the Team view that will contain every reply to every…

Task Workflow
Would be nice to have a workflow option for task, so one person can approve / or review, then pass along to the other. As it is now, multiple people can be assigned, but there's no way to indicate the first person approved first (short of commenting w/in the task to keep a record)

Hide Emails of Users
We assemble freelance writers from all over the world into our RC groups. All of the writers are able to see all of the other writers. It would be great if the email accounts were not visible and someone would have to message them in RC which would be easier to catch.

Improve Bluetooth Switching on Android
The RC App on Android has its own Bluetooth switcher that is separate from the Android system Bluetooth Switcher. When switching from handset to Bluetooth, this requires fiddling with both settings in order to connect the Bluetooth headset.Why can't the RC App just use the Native Bluetooth switching tool on Android?

remove "resource center" from RingCentral desktop app
The Ringcentral desktop app is becoming cluttered and hard to use. We use it almost exclusively as a phone app and are happy with that. How do I remove features that are pretty much worthless to us, like the Resource Center? Is there any chance that you will make a way to deemphasize feature that are never or rarely used?

Call queue member, to have the ability to receive call even when on an active phone call
In a queue, it detects that member as busy when engaged on a call. This doesn't enable them to receive call, unlike in call forwarding that has the ability to receive calls in all platform

Add ability to hide the "with xxx" part of the call status
Privacy. Nobody else really needs to know who the CEO is on the phone with.
