Display both Caller & Line ID on screen in the mobile app in situations where users have more than one line
I have two lines coming in to my mobile app. I need to be able to see the caller ID and also the line ID, so I know how to answer the phone appropriately.

Mass import of personal contacts into phone's contact directory.
I recently imported via csv file about 300 "personal contacts" on my RingCentral account. On my Polycom phone, when these contacts call in, I see their names (like CallerID). However, when I search in my Directory under "Contact Directory", they do not show up. I would like a way to add contacts to my directory all at once (for instance, import them like I can on RingCentral). I know that I can add them manually one by one but this is highly inconvenient.

Remove Minimum Threshold for Recording a call (<60 seconds currently)
I was told by support that call duration that are less then 60 seconds are not recorded. This minimum should be removed as all calls should be recorded when call recording feature is turned on. There can definitely be calls that have duration that are less then 60 seconds but still important for them to be recorded.

Incoming faxes identified as Robocalls
The customer reported that users had received legitimate faxes labeled as Robocalls. He has been informed that adding their clients' phone numbers to "Trusted Numbers" is a way to ensure that they are not treated as robocalls. Since the customer has been receiving faxes from various clients, it would be extremely beneficial if the system could determine a way to distinguish a legitimate fax sender from a non-legitimate number.

Notes area in call details
Hi there, I think it would be very useful to have a notes section under the call details. That way I can add notes to the call to remind myself what the call was about and who the call was from.
If this could get implemented in the future that would be great.

Add an editable title to pinned posts
When a post is pinned to a conversation, what the pinned side-tab shows is the first few words from the pinned post. But unfortunately, those first few words generally don't identify what is in the pinned post -- e.g. it might start with "I thought I'd share with everyone...". So the list of pinned posts is kind of useless when you're looking for something specific since you have to tap on each of them individually to see what's inside them. It would be super helpful for a pinned post to have an editable title so that the pinner can clearly…

Default / Recalled Meeting Settings
When creating a new meeting in the app, it would be handy to be able to either configure default settings, or to have the settings from the last meeting remembered.At the moment, it defaults to 1 hr duration when I more often than not set mine to 30 min. I also always use my Personal Meeting ID, but the meetings are always set with it unchecked by default. Even having a default meeting title option would be nice, as most of my meetings use the same or similar names.

Enable replying to the tasks
I am sorry to say but you have made my work life miserable by making your incomplete app mandatory to me. You should not have launched a new app without solving the errors in it. First I was not able to sort my teams in folders, which is now solved, and thank you for that, secondly, there is a character limit on the tasks, please remove the limit, I can't reply to the tasks. Tasks should be visible all the time, minimal clicks and scrolls should be required to reach anywhere. Keep it simple like before. Don't complicate things. PLEASE!Just…

Ability to Remove Tabs/Feature in the RC App Desktop View
After turning off the feature using the Custom Role, the feature/tab in the RC App should be removed as well but it still shows in the RC App (example: Text and Fax features including Discover Apps)

Regarding use of native dialer
Hello RC,
I wanted to check if there is an option to use RingCentral through my native dialer.
I unfortunately have an issue with my proximity sensor. On my native dialer I have an option to disable the proximity sensor. However i do not see any such option on the RingCentral App. Is there a way to disable the proximity sensor when using RingCentral, or route the call through my native dialer?
My issue is that during a call, my screen goes blank and I can not change anything until the call is over.1 vote -

I would like to see different rings be available for different numbers receiving calls

Set logon hours for access to ringcentral.
We have hourly staff who we would like to restrict access to RingCentral to only their working hours. Example staff member “Jane” can only access or sign in to RC on an access schedule M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM after. She would not be able to sign into RC any other time, including through the web and phone apps all access would be restricted to her working hours. Just like with windows in active directory, we can set a login schedule for users.

Pop-up with extra information for a call queue
This pop-up will provide additional information for a call queue for example, a link to a certain page, or a message to the person answering the phone that lets them know if specific steps have to be taken for that specific call queue.

Reports: Voicemail Filter with the ability to listen to other extension voicemails.
Can you add a filter for voicemails under the reports tab? After you select a specific extension you can filter by several factors under "types of calls" but not voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when an agent is out sick or vacation. Also, can you allow a superadmin to listen to said voicemail you filter? Thanks!
