RC app search by department
In the RingCentral desktop app, would be a good option to be able to search by information found in the user profile, such as Department and Location.Often times in larger organizations, someone may be trying to reach someone in a particular department or location for a need, but may not know a name in that department or location.

Add Home Screen with Favorites or HUD to Android and iOS app
currently when I want to call a co-worker from the Android/iOS app I have to either memorize their extension, search their name in our company contacts, or scroll through the company contacts to find them.Adding a Home Screen or even the HUD from the desktop app would allow me to call my most commonly contacted people without taking the extra steps of finding them.

Allow all posts to be deleted from a 'Team' in the RC client
CurrentlyYou can create any number of 'Teams' (chat channels) but if you want to delete posts from those chats you have to manually delete each post one-by-one.ProposedCan we have a facility where the administrator of a 'Team' channel can delete all posts and contents of a channel in one step. Call Queue Lineup
Urgently requesting a feature in which we can view all incoming calls within our queue at once. A "Call lineup" of sorts where all the calls that are awaiting pickup are listed so we know how many more calls need to be answered within a specific time-frame. There is no feature in the app to do this, and even within the admin portal, there still is no way to view how many incoming calls are happening simultaneously.

For SMS, settings to set the default phone number and group text checkbox
When sending an SMS, the app will not let you set a default phone number to send the SMS from.Every time my team opens the app, they must choose the correct phone number to text From, before sending a text.This does not exist in RingCentral, I've talked to their support several times.

Snipping tool for Message
Many times its handy to send a quick snapshot of what is on your monitor with a fellow worker. A snipping tool plugin within message would make this easier than using the print screen button or the windows snipping tool.

On my iPhone, I am able to essentially add myself and all of my info as a contact and can text that to others. Please add this virtual business card feature to the RingCentral app so we can text folks all of our information. Thank you.

Allow Use of any Number as Caller ID by Any User from Any Site
We would like to the ability to use any number we own in our system as caller ID for any user, regardless of which site they are associated with. When Multi-Site settings are in use, only numbers associated with Company Site can be shared across the system for use as caller ID.

Per-user outbound caller ID list customization and search feature.
We have 281 company numbers and it would be nice if we could customize the outbound caller ID list list on a per-user basis so that users would only see the numbers they need to call out of. Currently, they have to wade through every single company number to choose the one they want. We can set the default one for them with a template, but some users regularly need to make calls from multiple company numbers. Change presence and queue call availability from tray icon in Windows RC Desktop App
Should be able to right-click the RC App tray icon, in Windows, and select your presence status along with being able to accept queue calls. Instead users are required to fully open the RC App and change the status by selecting their profile avatar and choosing a status. This functionality is available with Microsoft Teams and other UCaaS solutions. Currently users have 2 options when right-clicking the tray icon (Bring to front and Quit).
