  2. RC Classic gave you the option to listen to an audio file right from RC. With the new update we are having to download the file before listening. With our company using audio files a lot this is making it more time consuming for us to have to download the file first.

  5. Hello as an RC Admin for my Org I have been approached about Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security. We would like the capability to see what is being said over chat from all users within our organization (in real time). I have called RC Tech Support and they assured me this is not a current feature so I would like to suggest this as one.

  6. Once you add a contact, you need to click fax on the sidebar to be able to generate a new fax. There should be a + on the sidebar to be able to fax from any of the sidebar options

  7. This functionality is missing from the full RC App that the RC Phone for Desktop App has. It is vital for those who work in the Remote Desktop environment to easily access these functions. Currently, the notification does not allow interaction and we are required to minimize the RD to get to the app and answer the call.

RC - formerly Glip - has a task functionalityin the version 20.3.20 users were able to see their messages specific to that task in a right-hand side window in the RC app.users in 20.4.xx no longer can. the messages are just in the main window with all the other messages for that team.is there no way for users in the 'newer' version to see the messages for a specific task in a separate side window or view?

Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. That is one of the main reasons we decided to choose RingCentral for our phone line.

  15. Hi Team,

    Sending feedback in behalf of from one of our partners/resellers. The current issue is that a call queue member can receive calls from a contact that they have stored on their mobile devices, and not know if the call was to their own DID/EXT or to the queue. As the missed calls from a queue show in the user’s call log, and the contacts stored translate the call log entries (stripping the queue name from the entry) a user does not know if the call was to themselves or the queue.

Allowing the status to show when online and not just within the app will provide full insight into employees/coworkers actual availability which was a feature that was extremely useful in Skype. Currently just showing when someone is within the app is misleading as to when colleagues are actually online and available.

  19. Hello, I have a suggestion. Can you add a comment feature to where people can form a comment thread on a particular message. Ie) A asks B to file a document. Once complete B can comment under A's original message letting A know that the task has been completed. This will be a LOT cleaner, especially for people that have multiple messages with each other.

  20. There is a different experience in contact presence in each app. The mobile app shows a colored symbol when you search for and select a user or a persistent status shows if you have a conversation started or when you add to quick contacts. It would be useful if company contact list showed all contact presence. The office 365 Chrome extension is a good example of what the presence list should look like in all apps.
