  1. It would be nice to have an option within the service portal for administrators to export, or at least generate a report, configuration data. As it stands today only the Users have an export option and it doesn't export everything. Data export for Users, Limited Extensions, and Phones would be very helpful when looking to see if everything is configured the way we want it and for inventory purposes.

  3. Customer is using two devices to log in to his RingCentral account. desktop and a laptop how ever he wants to use both devices without getting error Limit Reached or without Deauthorize another device to log in

Apparently, on September 1, 2020, RingCentral removed the ability to apply custom rules for users in queues.https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/11205-Call-Queue-Overflow-Call-Handling-Behavior?language=en_USScenario:User is assigned to an intake call queue. User needs 30 minute scheduled downtime at the same time every day to not take calls. We create a custom rule to send any calls to that user from 10am - 10:30am to the Queue for the next available agent to pick up. Issue:Because of the new update, the user can no longer receive calls from the queue at any time using the Desktop App.Resolution: We have troubleshot this with Support for upwards of 7…

  6. I would like to be able to copy numbers and text from Excel and keep everything "as is" in 2 dimensions (in a grid). The information currently is pasted in a single column in the message so the table format is lost.

  9. This would allow for parents and students who send a text message after hours or on weekends to receive a message back that I am unavailable. This prevents students and parents feeling "ghosted" when they send a message after hours.

  10. Currently we have the setting set to show the called number on the call queue but it is only working on a desk phone and RingCentral Phone App. Hoping we will also have this working using the RingCentral App

  12. we send code snippets via Ring Central messaging and used to have the ability to maintain formatting and spacing by adding[code] to the message. We would like that functionality back and included in messaging formating

  14. IVR Menus can not be searched (unlike People and Queues can be) - please allow IVRs to be searchable in Dial Dialog.People might wish to forward a caller to an IVR Menu, instead of to a particular queue.

  15. We would like to see the status (busy/DND etc.) to be viewable from the "R" application when it is on your task bar. This way you do not have to open the app to see what status you are - This would prompt people in remembering they went on DND - as it would have a red circle of something similar highlighted.Teams has this function so something similar to teams would be ideal.

  16. It would be useful to add extra digits to incoming phone numbers displaying on my phone. I found this feature to be usefull (it used to be an option) because it told me right away that it was a business call via ringcentral. I use my phone also for personal calls, so this made it easy to screen them

  17. We need a way for our receptionists to use the RingCentral App to monitor and answer calls for their department directors. This is only available using the RingCentral Phone however the rest of our institution is using the RingCentral App for desktop(glip).
