Add a "Call Pop-Up" for Ring Central App when not on the foreground
Skype had a sweet feature where calls would appear in a pop-up window on the lower-left of the screen. This would be a nice feature to have, as many times the Ring Central app is minimized in the background and hard to find/answer calls on short notice. The pop-up allows for substantially faster response times to calls, whether its an accept or decline, so that the call can be picked up or rotated to another user in the queue more rapidly.

Add Password Change to RingCentral App
The new app is great and continues to be improved. I would like to see an option for users to at least change their password from within the app. If possible, it would be nice for them to change their PIN and possibly see/change their secret question there as well. However, I would be fine with just change password. Another possible option or addition would be a way to expire users accounts and have the app/portal request they change their password the next time they login. This would help for rollouts and use of generic/temporary passwords.

I would like to be able to label the numbers by company name in my phone so I know what company I am dialing out from.
if i own 10 companies i dont want to remember every phone number to dial out before i call. if i can click on app. click on phone symbol.pull the phone numbers down from the from: tab and see all my company names with ph#'s THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!

Granular control over notifications
Adding the ability to play a sound or display an indicator without flashing message content into view, or the ability to snooze notifications so that rather than flashing up for every message, only one is seen per given time interval, or a single persistent notification to indicate unread messages. Could be controlled on a per-user basis.Currently you can only enable or disable notifications entirely on the desktop app per user.

Feature Request: Glip Direct Message Filtered Alphabetically
Currently, on Glip (RC Unified app), under Direct Messages, whoever sends you the most recently message will be the one to appear first on the list.Along with that, there is also be a way for users and admins to filter out the list of users alphabetically.

RC app softphone forwarding
My suggestion is to allow the RC phone app to accept transfers alongside its desktop app counterpart. This would be very useful for customers who do not have headsets and rely on their cellphones for using their RC account

Sales/Lead Dialer
It would be nice to be able to upload a list of leads/contacts (from csv or other format) to be dialed in succession without the need to key in each individual phone number at the beginning of each call.

Installing a sound equaliser in BT's 'BT Cloud Work Phone' app, made by Ring Central
At the moment, BT's BT Cloud Work Phone, developed by Ring Central, doesn't have a built in sound equaliser unlike many soft phones. Speaking to BT they say that the software doesn't have the ability 'yet' but couldn't tell me if this meant it was on it's way. They were a little vague.

Contacts on MacOS app
In the MacOS none of my iCloud contacts show up. It's very frustrating because I can't see at a glance who called or left a voicemail or call recording. My contacts appear just fine on my iPhone.

Like the ability to drag and drop re-order my favorites, I'd like to be able to do the same with my teams.

Ability to Type Instead of Speak During Phone/Video Calls
People that have difficulty speaking, or cannot speak, cannot use RingCentral to place a phone call or speak during a video call (they could use chat, but this feature is something we would like to extend to video calls as well. We would like for someone to have the ability to place or receive a call through the app, hear the caller, and be able to type their responses and have that response read back to the caller.

Call Selected Number Hotkey
Please add a hotkey for Call current selection to the new RingCentral App, like the one available in RC Phone. This is the most important hotkey for our users.

Admin App
There should be an admin app. It should have one page that gives an overview of the users and their status as well as all of the current callers.I should be able to see how many customers are waiting in the Queues. Also have a button on each call for the listen/whisper/barge feature and listen to the recording of recent calls.

Host code for the Updated RingCentral Outlook Plug in
Cx wants to have the host code for the new version for RingCentral Outlook Plug in. The host code is available at the older version but cx still want that option to be available to the new version.

Mac RC App won't minimize
We should be able to minimize the app to reduce the screen real estate used. The Apple minimize button does nothing and manually you can only shrink the window to about 1/3 of the full screen.

Mobile Notification Settings per Team
Request is to add ability to turn on/off Mobile Notifications per Team. We have created quite a few Teams within RC. Our employees can be included in multiple Teams but may want to only receive Mobile Notifications from certain Teams. Unless I'm missing something Mobile Notifications are either all on or all off as opposed to having the ability to control notifications per Team.

Button on main screen to silence Mobile App
Ability to have a button on front of Mobile app instead of hunting through settings to silence phone. Nice option would also be able to set time for how long to silence manually in either 15 minute intervals selectable to forever.Maybe integrate into avatar icon - with long press or something???

Call Me number not saved when inputted in RC app on mobile
When connecting to the meeting audio using the Call Me feature on the RC app on mobile (both iPhone and Android), after typing in the number, the next time the user connects to meeting audio via Call Me feature, the user will need to type in the number once more.There should instead be a way or a box that users can check to save the number for next time, so that users don't have to type their number.

Preview of number of pages attached when sending fax
The idea is about getting a feature where our system will be smart enough to count the number of pages attach to fax. This will avoid customer in resending faxes only to find out that they exceed the maximum number of pages can be attach when submitting fax.

Toggle from bottom posting posts to top posting posts
In the Classic version, I'm able to File>Preferences>Conversations>Posts Oder> and toggle between Top Posting and Bottom Posting.
