  1. Notification for call needs to be resizable, or something that can be permanently pinned and out of the way.

    The employees at my company get hundreds of calls, to the point that the notification that pops up for their calls, becomes quite invasive to their work. There needs to be a way to shrink it, or pin it as a smaller notification. Maybe even provide multiple size settings to choose from

  4. Whenever they are making changes to the users list department on the admin portal it doesn't sync the changes to the business analytics report.

    Customers need to re-create the reports to be updated.

  8. A small but impactful feature that other systems we've used have is an audio tone/cue when a call is disconnected, whether abruptly or when a call is naturally ended. For anyone using a softphone and using multiple windows on a screen, sometimes it is hard to know if the call was disconnected or if the window is lost somewhere on the screen. Time is spent double checking if a call is still active or not rather than having something notify you appropriately.

  9. In the RingEx desktop app under Call Rules and Voicemail you can 'Forward all calls'. We've been advised by Ring Tech Support that this does not work if the incoming call comes via a Call Queue. This could be misleading if a user expects this to work and does not test first.

    Could this either be changed so call queue calls are also forwarded or at least the description of 'Forward all calls' be annotated to advise as such.

  12. Allow administrators to lock users' emergency response locations. To prevent user’s from accidentally selecting the wrong address. We won’t know that a user has selected an incorrect Emergency Response Location until we receive an alert that a user has called 911 and an incorrect location has been provided to Emergency Services.

  17. Wanted to set up an option or permission that no one outside their office network or VPN that can login to the RingCentral desktop application. No one can use their home network if someone is using a home network or outside their office network.
    It should only allow the users to login within their office network only.

  18. To be able to stay logged in on my Ext but be able to answer calls and receive notifications from multiple extensions. The current design only allows to switch from one Ext to another but the other Ext. won't stay logged in. Notification will only show after switching Extensions

    - In order for the Administrator to know who accidentally placed themselves on DND on the deskphone, the status should be synced with the Admin Portal and the RC App. You may include this on the "Deskphone pairing" feature.

  20. We see area codes, sometimes many for a single country, and even if the visible area codes are enabled it just says that the user is 'not authorized to make the call'. We have to call in to determine that the number is blacklisted for fraud and a form request must be sent in to the fraud team to unlock the blocked number.If a different message presented, or if the billing area included the codes that are blacklisted, it would just make this easier to know that a request needs to be sent to whitelist the number.
