  2. I would like to have pre-recorded messages played on the paging system. For example, fire drills, tornado warnings, etc. Can this be achieved through Ring Central where the receptionist can play a recording through the paging system to alert everyone?

  3. A request has been given to have a separate shortcut for RingCentral dial pad so the whole application doesn't need to be pulled up every time customer needs to make a call.

  6. Kindly allow RingCentral App Admin to disable the option for the user to change the Caller ID from the RingCentral App. There's currently an option to disable the outbound caller ID from the Admin Portal. However, this only pertain when a user is using a Deskphone and RC Phone App.

Though the RingCentral client is supported in virtualized environments like Citrix and VMWare Horizon, it does not appear to fully meet the requirements of Ray Baum’s Act in the US in those deployments.   8. Customer would like to separate the activities of Desk Phone and RC App when they are paired. If the customer receives a call, if deskphone is set to ring first, there should be no effect on the RC app.

  9. When checking call history for missed calls etc. we would appreciate to show user's availability status LED like in the chat window to see if it makes sense to call back or if the person is currently not available, on another call or perhaps inactive.

  10. Add a button to the active call window to be able to directly send a chat message (beside the "normal" buttons like mute etc.) to the user on the phone (as long as he/she is a RC user) or at least to directly jump to the related direct chat with the user.

  12. Use Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings

    Currently, RingCentral does not support Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings. We should be able to use this IP camera as a compatible device for RC Meetings

  14. When I upgraded from RC Phone app to unified RC App, I noticed that active calls would pop up in a separate window. I don't want calls to pop up in a separate window because it causes clutter and makes it harder to get to the active call in order to manage.

  15. client want to get a call divert button available just simply pressing a button on their phone
    currently calls from main number goes to call queue

    if this button is enable calls from main number goes their 3rd party answering service.

  16. For both the cell phone and desktop app when you are in the phone section it should display status of internal users whether someone is on the phone, available or not available. Similar to how it does when you are in the message section. It should also display this status on the app if the user is using their app or a desktop phone.

  18. In my org, we have users who have multiple lines assigned or Groups. To have them work simultaneously or switch between texts and lines in an easier fashion within the app would be incredibly helpful, instead of accessing through the web browser

  19. Delete status message option
    If a user has set a custom status message, the user should have an option to delete that status message from the list if it is no longer required. Currently, it gets stored in the list and the list keeps on increasing with every custom status message
