Allow to receive call and/or notification from multiple extensions without switching Ext on the App
To be able to stay logged in on my Ext but be able to answer calls and receive notifications from multiple extensions. The current design only allows to switch from one Ext to another but the other Ext. won't stay logged in. Notification will only show after switching Extensions

Option to modify / Correct AI Transcription.
"Transcriptions are mediocre, at best. Still have to type the call details out for a call because of the number of errors. Would be helpful to be able to correct the transcripts to help the AI "learn" or to enter non-standard or industry terms into a database for the software to choose from to help improve quality. "

Option to Delete ALL Call Logs from the RC App
when the user clicked the Call logs > Edit > Clicked the box to "Select All" It will only select the logs that it is CURRENTLY on the screen and he has to scroll down to select more.

Presence status on Plug-In not in sync
When you have the desktop App and the Plug-In parallel working and you have a call/conference started on the desktop App, the presence status on the Plug-In does not change - (much more you somebody can call you - you know: no consistent busy management as we know - other topic).

Email button call history
Hi team,
please add an email button that can be used to send mails to to the contact in the call history (if the callee is a known contact with email provided). Please add the same email button on the contact view. The button should trigger to open the default intalled mail client and add the callee's mail in the "to" field.

Add transfer button within the dialpad during an "Ask first" transfer
Add the green transfer button within the dialpad during a warm transfer. Currently, if we are doing a warm transfer by clicking "Ask first" and must open the dialpad to select a phone tree option, once we have a colleague on the line, it is not clear that we are in the dial pad. The transfer button is not visible. We must realize that we are in the dial pad, close the dial pad, and then we can see the gree transfer button. It would be helpful to have the green transfer button appear within the dial pad for clarity…

name direct numbers
I’m experiencing an issue with the names I’ve assigned to our direct numbers in the central user section. I name each number based on its location so that we can easily identify where calls are coming from and going to. However, I’ve noticed that these names are not visible in the app.
This functionality would be extremely helpful for us, as it would improve our call management and allow us to immediately know the origin of calls. Currently, it seems this feature is unavailable, but it would be of great value to have it implemented.

Sending multiple fax pages at once
Currently at your support website, the limitation of your fax pages we should be able to send is up to 200. I've tested this multiple times, but it always fails to send despite not exceeding the size limit. I've contacted support about this but they're recommendation is to break the faxes by batch making it 100 pages per fax. A feature which allows us to send faxes with more than 100 pages on it per fax will be greatly appreciated.

Easy way to remove Sync contacts on Mobile phone
We are using Ringcentral app for years now and Ringcentral contacts are sync with my Phone directory (Android phone) through google I have contacted Ringcentral technical support and I was walked through how to un- sync my Phone directory with Ringcentral however after the un-sync I need to remove 500 RC contacts on my phone manually, It would be helpful after the un-sync the data from RC will be removed from my phone directory or a way to do this in bulk from the RC app
