Add an customizable emergency notification on Ring Central
A Ring Central notification that is designed to pop up prominently on the screen, immediately taking priority over the other chats and glips. It also functions to simultaneously send a notification to all the phone apps. This feature is particularly valuable in urgent situations such as fires, earthquakes, active shooters, unknown personal on site and other emergencies. It would be highly beneficial if this notification system includes a customizable preset text prompt, allowing for a swift and mass distribution of critical information to the entire company or specific groups and locations.

Stop external calling on the mobile app as an added option
Wants to stop external calling on the mobile app.
An option to assign a role/permission restriction to just stop external calling from the mobile app only and just use the RingCentral Desktop app as the one with external calling functionality.

Removing of limitations in the creation of a free account for external guests
External guests are being blocked or automatically disabled after creating free accounts for RingCentral Messaging using either the browser version or the desktop app. Can't add external guest users to our contacts who are using a free account nor they can't use RingCentral Messaging at all.

Call button on the desktop app
In the desktop app and are in the phone section and hover over internal calls it should give you the call option first then the message function. Right now it gives you the message function and the video function and to use the call function you have to select more. It should work like it does on calls that are external where it gives you the option to call and text.

Upload custom ringtone
This would be great if you could implement this, I noticed it is already possible for hold music and greeting. I do not really like any of the default ringtones so it would be excellent if you could make this possible! Thanks!

There have been issues with the connectivity of AirPods with the RC app during the recent update. As advised, AirPods are not listed in the recommended headsets to be used with RC but will be highly appreciated if this can be optimized.

Unable to release an individual line during a 3-person call.
When I get a call for one party and tried to add a call to the current call, the third party's call goes to voicemail. I am not able to release just the voicemail call. I would have to hit the hangup button which in turn releases both calls. My intension is to have 3 people on the line and when I am finish with one, I can release them and continue my conversation.
