  1. In the mobile app, users are able to see and access Paging Group Contacts under the Other tab. You can then click Page announcement and make a page. There is also an option to "Add to quick contacts". This works and shows up on both the mobile app and the desktop app, however you are unable to use the Contact in the desktop app. There is no way to easily create a simple way to page.   4. There should be a better more direct way of accessing the message only ext for example (88message only ext ) or something then they get promoted by a pin and then can access the voicemail after that and that should be done whilst the user is logged in with their account without the need to log out and log in with a message extension only account.

  6. So, I am also able to replicate the issue on my end. It seems to be specific to Samsung phones or maybe android in general, but we have been able to test with Samsung and iPhone. When a user tries to transfer a call using the mobile application via the keypad option the call is dropped. I made the same test call from the desktop application and the call transfers no problem (transfer to external line in my testing).   8. Contacts that I added on the Ring Central application is not appearing on the desk phone (VVX 450)It will be helpful I will not need to add it directly to the desk phone one by one and just add the contacts on the app and will sync it to the desk phone.

  10. Emergency Location keeps popping up whenever starting the RC applications on the computer/desktop. We'd like to check if it's possible to incorporate the emergency location settings (like options to keep the address as is and won't be asking to confirm whenever opening the apps). This will lessen the hassle from the customers' part.

  12. I would also suggest adding 15/30 second jump forward and backward functionality as well. While I'm at the wishing well, I'd also like to see the playback control radial with a little more detailed control. If the recording is over 15 minutes long, moving the radial a fraction can jump 6 minutes ahead.

Desired behavior: Would like to have the option in the app to disable prompt/update request Current behavior: The feature always asks EXE installer to update when the version is obsolete.To disable the update option upon installation of the app. Using the MSI installer (IT version) is not an option since not all users are part of the company and they do not have an IT to install the MSI version.
