I just want to know if it's possible to have captions or subtitles from the other person when I'm on a call using the RING Central app.

CALLER ID NICKNAMES FOR DIFFERENT OUTBOUND SYSTEM NUMBERS
Hello, I have a business here in the US , that represents 13 different companies in different matters, When outbound calling we can set up 13 different numbers to call out from , However in order to remember which company is attatched to which number there is currently no way to label the outbound number, On the call out number toggle, it lists all numbers as "Direct Number" Making it very confusing for staff to call out from the correct number as all IVR menu numbers are called , "Direct Number"This is a request to add either the IVR menu…

Show full name of the call queue calls
Call queue calls when answered only show the number and PART of the call queue name and agent it would be helpful to display the entire call queue name

Disable/Remove the Extension number when the users need to send a text message to another user internally.
Whenever the users are sending an SMS internally using the app and searching for the name of their co-users the extension number of their co-users is also showing so if the sender clicks the extension number it will route them to a different conversation. What we want is to make sure that for SMS if the users search for their co-user name then only the primary number will show. All SMS communications should be using the "Primary number" by default across all apps if it's possible.

Showing the whole contact details on the mobile app
When a contact name comes up on the screen when there's an incoming call, it scrolls across and sometimes it takes a while for the full name of the contact to". It should be better if we have a settings where the whole content of the contact name will appear on the screen instead of displays in a larger font and slowly scrolls from left to right.

Allow More than Two Simultaneous Calls on Mobile App
When two people are on hold and I need to get a third perrson, I get an error message saying you have reached your limit for simultaneous calls. Meaning i cannot have two calls on hold and call another.EXAMPLE:A call comes into Assistant A for Agent A & B. Assistant puts the call on hold and grabs Agent A and when she tries to grab Agent B, she receives an error message below:Can you not have more than 2 calls on Mobile? Works perfectly fine on DESKTOP APP.

Ability to confirm Expressed Link - Email on other PC while on remote.
The ability to confirm the Expressed Link within the email application should be available when accessing the computer remotely via a desktop session.

Same user members on multiple queues
Customer would like to have the same user members on multiple call queues groups without having the issue for not receiving any calls using the app or desktop phone.

Failed Fax Preview
It would be helpful if we could have a fax preview like you have in the admin portal for the failed faxed in the app. It would be easier to figure out what and why it's not being sent in the app.

Exporting the original Messages
It would be best to export the original or unedited messages in Data Extract rather than just the edited versions of the messages when exporting it from the Message Data Retention on the app

Have the option to mute/silence individual contact
Enable users to mute individual conversations or calls while still receiving messages, without resorting to blocking or activating the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) mode

In desktop app we can not see deleted voicemails. But when we logion to the web we can see deleted voicemails. How to see deleted voice mails in the desktop app.

Turn Off Unified Inbox in Teams Mobile App
Does not utilize the RingCentral application at all, only the embedded application for MS Teams, and the unified inbox is causing a negative customer experience.

Assign extensions in app
Removing the ability to switch extensions for a number in the app has been very inconvenient. We use this service to make sure someone is available by phone at all times. To use a browser now to switch extensions involves multiple steps and can be difficult to navigate when having a limited view on a cell phone. We do not always have access to a desktop when extensions need to be switched. The app should have this feature to provide ease in usability. I do not understand the purpose of removing this option and placing it in “Legacy admin tools”.
