  1. Customer ported in and had extension 112, when customers dial the 112 extension it says that it's invalid then hangs up on the caller. What customer wants to happen is when it's dialed it will say that it's an invalid number then be routed back to the operator instead of being hanged up on.

  2. Ability to manage all the features on the RC App as Administrator.The customer would like to limit the feature on the RingCentral app for all their users. They want to their users to see all the features and settings on the RC app and have the option to manually change it.

  3. The admin cannot delete a message posted by a member on any group/team in the RC mobile app. So admin wants to have an option to Delete any Team message posted by a member on the RC mobile app

  7. Currently, we only have "Miss call VMs, faxes and text" notification settings in one option to turn on or turn off on RingCentral Mobile App. Customer only want to disable the Fax Notification.

  8. I've noticed that when not using RC but logged in (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot (offline). Even though users are available for a call. Fellow coworkers think the user is offline when in reality they are not. This behavior is counterintuitive- It seems to me that a new idle status would work as opposed to showing user offline. Or maintain current status of available

  9. SMS can be backup to a third party cloud system such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox and ect. This is for them to retrieve it just incase the system or accidentally deleted the SMS

  15. On the MVP application, having a team edit option that unlocks a checkbox for the teams and/or direct messages so that they can easily be selected and moved in to folders. Use cases: New team is added and you want to select all of the direct members at once and move them to a folder for easier organization. A new issue has come up and several new teams have been created, this would allow you to move all relevant chats to one folder. New manager needs to add all of their direct reports in to a folder.
