Use headset control buttons to answer, end, and mute phone calls
Use headset control buttons to answer, end, and mute phone calls with blue tooth headphones. We can use the earbuds but the controls don't work and the "connect" button is gone in the new version of the app (https://support.ringcentral.com/mvp/phone/phone-ringcentral-app/integrating-headset-with-ringcentral-app.html) in the Setting up USB HID devices.

Unable to retrieve LOGS (CALL/SMS), FAXES & Voice messages after account migration
The customer did migration and did not know that after that it would wipe up the information of the lines like call logs, SMS.

To add more recipient on SMS notification when voicemail messages are received.
The SMS recipient for notification when voicemail is received allowed only 5 recipients. Please add option to add more than 5 recipients.

Add support for Yealink T54W with Deskphone Pairing
Currently, Deskphone Pairing is able to be used with Yealink T54W desk phones but the ability to start conference calls disappears when it's turned on. Officially, the Yealink T54Ws aren't supported with Deskphone Pairing but we would like to see full support for this once Deskphone Pairing is fully released.

Call Park Notification Control in the RingCentral Desktop App
We need the ability to control the notification sound you get in the RingCentral app when a call gets parked. Currently, we have no control over it as it is tied to the "Direct messages" notification setting. If you change the Direct message notification sound, the parked call sound also switches over to that sound. It is very annoying as it makes you think you are getting a direct message every time a call gets parked. Ultimately, I would like to be able to disable the parked call notification all together. Allow Admin to Disable Banners on RingCentral App
There are users that uses the RingCentral Phone embedded with their CRM or other calling platform. Thus, selecting the default calling for app to "RingCentral this app" is not a choice for them, and the popup that says "An incoming call is being directed to the RingCentral Phone app. Please review your settings if you want to see incoming calls in this app." cannot be removed permanently which some users find annoying. There should be an option to remove these banners permanently that can be a setting on the app or an admin setting.

To be able to take calls when on a video conference
With the recent RingCentral app update, user are no longer allowed to receive calls when on a RingCentral Video conference meeting. It automatically updates the user status to DND. Customer is requesting to revert this changes as it affects their work flow.

Excel File transmitted as a default file type via fax
Customer would like to get an excel file as is when it is being sent in fax and not translated as a pdf file since the company where she's sending it to, will only accept excel file via fax and not through email.

Grouping Contacts within RingCentral App
There needs to be an option to group contacts within the RingCentral app. This allows users to send specified texts to the contacts in the group, instead of just creating a group text. The groups can be labeled to better organize the conversations.
