Pause/Mute Recording Option for Internal Calls
Would like the option to pause/mute recording be available to internal calls (calls between users of the same account)

Add the ability to see if a user refused to answer a call or has ended a call.
It would be great to see if someone is avoiding calls by ending the call, sending to voice mail or closing the app.

Multiple RingCentral Profiles, Simultaneously Logged In
We run multiple business endeavors between my wife and I and we would find it helpful if we could log into multiple "phones" at the same time, similar to how multiple e-mail addresses can be accessed from a single email client. This would allow us to be able to "switch phones" right in the app, so that when I'm done with a call for my business, I can return a call from my wife's business without having to log out and log back in again.

Group Call Pick-up ring
The current ring on the phone for a group call pick-up is very short. Is it possible to extend to a longer ring or multiple rings? While working in our work areas not paying attention to the desk phone a single ring is difficult to hear and an extended ring or multiple rings would be beneficial

Play hold music from desktop phone to enjoy while working.
It would be nice to play the hold music from desktop phone at the touch of a button. This will be especially useful when a radio station can be played when on hold.

Provision without authorization ID
The company needs to provision a line to be able to make the phone work using taxicaller app. The other service provider can provision even without authorization ID and can use subscriber information only.

Include Extension number on Outbound Caller ID
It will be useful so that the recipient can easily identify the extension number of the person who is calling so when the customer callback he can just type in the extension number, to avoid hold time on queue.

when a shared line is in an active call, and a new call comes in, customer should have the call waiting option, where they can see an incoming call and be able to answer it.

Automatic Voicemail Message
A way to have the option to leave an automatic voice mail when calling our customers. when we call a customer and we get their voicemail could we then have an option to select the automatic voicemail instead of manually leaving one. This setting would be an option to turn on/off per user

Ability to anounce and see the participants of a conference call.
Unify Office Client should display participants of a call conference (this feature is already available in the smartphone app). An Audible signal when participants change (leave or enter).

International Calling Guide
Requesting a KB article or a guide for the number type and license for RingCentral products on how and specific destination is available to calls. Also, include restricted areas and caller ID's to use that will not violate the region that is being called.

Allow Presence line call routing or forwarding back to originating extension
An administrative assistant who has a presence line on their handset, answers the presence line extension and determines that the caller should leave a message to the originating extension. There isn't a way at this moment for the call to be routed or transferred to the originating extension.

Incorrect CNAM even if it's updated on the system.
Made a test call to a tester account and it works. When they call other RC numbers & other numbers, it shows one of the user's name on it which they didn't set up at all.

customer requesting to have a robot ask the caller on how did the caller find the company that they calling?
customer requesting a feature where when the caller was put on hold or by the end of the call their is a IVR message asking the caller on how the experience and how this they find the company that they are calling

All Users to Send and recevie fax using one number
The client wants all of account users (employees) to be able to send and receive faxes using the company fax number.

Automated SMS when client leaves a voicemail
We would like to send an automated message to clients when they leave a voicemail simply indicating that we received the message and will address their concerns as soon as possible.
