Ring Central Logo Colors in Teams
Use your brand colors when embedded in Microsoft Teams. That way I know I'm using a ringcentral service. Also why doesn't the embed version allow replacing Microsoft video in chat. You had that service for a bit.

Be able to add contact lines to common phones via Admin portal
Hello,
We want to be able to add user contact lines to Common Area Phones via the Admin portal for speed dialing. Currently, we have to do this manually on the Common Area Phone, which can be problematic when the phone is in an area that is not readily accessible. Thank you!

IVR prompts
Customer is requesting for the IVR system to read back the numbers by itself and not convert it to an alphabet. For example, 9-0-9. It should be read by IVR as "nine-zero-nine" not "nine-O-nine".

Parked Call Banner – Automatically Close the Popup When the Parked Call is Answered
We would like the green Parked Call popup box to automatically close when the parked call is answered. This will be a nice feature to have so that we can be assured that the parked call is answered. Currently, the popup remains open, and we have to manually check to see if someone picked up the parked call, which is inefficient.

Enable the addition of additional desk phones to the Ring Group while still allowing users to be added to the Call Queue.
The customer wants to be able to add a user to the call queue, even if they have more than two desk phones set to their ring group or forwarding.

Remember last used section on mobile app
On iOS the RingCentral app does not remember or resume to the last used section if the app is killed by iOS. This is a feature request for the mobile app to remember the last used section.

Anonymous hotline and mailbox for callers
Please make it possible to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and an anonymous voicemail box. It would be useful to have a phone number and a voicemail box that callers could use to submit anonymous complaints without revealing their phone numbers. Thank you.
