Allow Admins to add Pictures to user profiles
Allow Admins to add Pictures to user profiles so the company can fully leverage the desktop notifications. It would be great if everyone added their company photo, but 90% do not. I could easily have an admin on my team do it for everyone.

Remove Microsoft Support from SUSPECTED ROBOCALL classification
Dear RC,Microsoft's support number - where they call you back when you open a ticket with them (and ask them to call you) - is consistently marked as SUSPECTED ROBOCALL. This is certainly not a robocall number and it's (425) 635-2970.Is there a form or an area I can fill out to suggest that it be removed from the list?

Differentiate if callers are dialing personal phone number or ring central phone number
Customer want to know if callers are dialing his personal phone number or his RC phone number but at the same time he wants to see the caller id of the caller.

Group SMS from External Number
Customer would like to received group sms message from external number. Customer received text message from external number with no issue. However, if external number send it text message to multiple RC number is not being received.

Bulk forward Faxes and/or Voicemails
The admin or even the individual user that receives faxes or voicemails should have the ability to forward multiple faxes and/or voicemails at once. For example, if someone receives 10 faxes that all need to go to someone else, they should (or at least the admin should) be able to forward all at once.

Be able to see the number that the caller dialed in the IVR
Be able to see the number that the caller dialed in the IVR, as of now if the caller hits 1 it is not routing to the correct one but 10 which we changed to make the caller go to the correct menu. I have put a ticket in with RC but they said that this is not available at this time and to put an idea ticket in.

Name of the extension to show in the contacts list even the extension was used as an operator extension
We want to be able to see the name of the extension in the company directory even when the extension was used only as the operator extension for faxes.

Images in built-in signature should not be added as additional page
Customer has built-in company email signature that cannot be removed and it's adding up 5 pages to the total fax attachment.

Allow Numbers Being Ported In as Substitute Caller ID
When we're waiting for a number to be ported in I think it would be highly appreciated if we can set it up as a Substitute caller ID so we could use the RingCentral system as soon as we got it instead of waiting for the numbers to be fully ported.

Cisco Forward all calls option
Cisco phones in general don't have the option to forward all calls from call preferences on its settings. It would be efficient to have this option available so reception phones can be automatically forwarded to external numbers without the need to log into the portal.

Disable Autostart of Desktop App
In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.

F6 to dial on Teams Desktop Plugin
Jupiter has a feature where you can highlight a number in any application and press F6 to dial via Jupiter. We should extend this back to the Teams Desktop Plugin so that it works with the Embedded App 2.0.

Desk phone should display the company number instead the number of the desk phone
Customer is requesting that on all Desk phones it should show the Company main number instead of the Digital line assign on their extension or desk phone
