Increase Welcome email validity to 14 days
Please find time to increase the Welcome email's validity from 48 hours to 10 days. This will give customers ample time to receive the email and set up their accounts. Some customers are having a hard time activating the accounts after the welcome email has expired.

Call queue: Need phone not to ring again for 1 min after declining call
When declining a call on my desk phone or iOS app, it will immediately ring again. I need for there to be a 1 min delay for it to ring back.

Add AWAY Option for chat
We (my entire work team) would like the option to set our chat status to "Away" as well as to add text along with it. Right now, the only options are Available, Not Available and Invisible.

Enable MMS / RCS International - RCS / Domestic
Please enable International MMS - or even better can you please support RCS both domestically & internationally - as that is a useful feature to send high quality images. RCS would be much better and is the latest standard as far as I'm aware - would like to be able to utilize this which is becoming common across carriers for picture/video delivery.

Add Unassigned Phone from User Page
Currently we have 200+ "unassigned" phones in our account. There is no way to add these to a User from the User's "Phones" page. We can buy phones, or add the app, but can't provision an existing "unassigned" phone, on the User's Phone's page.If we want to provision an unassigned phone we have to pull up the phone in Phones & Devices and then do setup and assign. This isn't intuitive and should exist both in Phones & Devices, AND on the User's Phones page.

Forward to another extension when DND is enabled
I want to be able to Forward to another extension when DND is enabled. At least user knows if they turn on DND, their calls may be answered by someone else.

Bulk Enable Users after Locked out by fail login attempts
Multiple users got attacked by external scripts on anonymous servers, and they got logged out of their RingCentral services. To bulk enable users's account, we would like to have a function to mass enable accounts instead of going into individual accounts to enable the users again.
