Add "Deleted" item on RC App's Fax

set the number of times an IVR loops to less than 3
I want callers to hear a prompt one time and no more in my main IVR even if they don't press anything. It would seem that the default of 3 loops through the message is hard coded. The problem from some of our customers is that touch tones don't always work from certain telephone carriers to RingCentral IVR. Selecting a menu option doesn't work in that case or maybe they are driving and can't press an option while driving. New Text Message Emails - Include Number
We regularly have customers text the main numbers of our locations which end up in the admin account. The New Text Message emails are great but the "To" field only includes the Admin name. It would be very helpful if the "To" field also included the number that the customer was texting. This would avoid the step of logging on to the admin portal and scrolling through the SMS Log to determine who the recipient of the text should be.

Ability to download/export RingSense call recordings
Gong only seems to allow us to share the URL of a recorded meeting but I would like to download/export the call. I'm hoping the new RingSense product will allow download/export as a standard feature.

Add a wait time for call queues between 1 minute and 30 seconds
We have out main call queue going between only two people. Not having any options between 1 minute of wait time and 30 seconds has caused us and our customers some issues. When the phone rings for 1 minute our customers believe that there is an issue with the phone line and hang up before getting to the voicemail. When our phones are ringing for a full minute when we are otherwise engaged causes a disruption to our workflow. We do not want to be on do not disturb because there are some calls we would answer. Add Department Field to User Templates
I think the Department field should be included in the User Templates. There are many times when I'm created several extensions for users in the same department. Currently, there is no way to set this field for multiple users outside of an export/import function. It would be way easier if this was part of a User Template or part of the new extension creation wizard.

Text Icons NEED to be different for different numbers
When I am texting with someone, often times, the icon that appears around the initials of their name is the EXACT same color of the icon that appears around my initials. This often leads to me missing texts since it looks like I was the last person to respond. There NEEDS to be a way to differentiate the numbers in the chat. Bare minimum, drastically different colored icons per number included in the chat, different shapes would be even better!

Bulk Assign Inventory Numbers
Since we have multiple sites on our account it would be nice to bulk assign inventory numbers to Auto-Receptionist numbers and then change the site the number belongs to. It helps organize all the numbers on our account.

Need MFA for RC App
Need to have MFA for the RC app, because you can do so much from the app and once logged in and clicking links, it takes you to the web portal and logs you in automatically and from there I can access my Admin panel. MFA is required to secure information shared in VM, call logs and etc. We really need MFA on desktop app and mobile.
