  1. Right now the IVR default settings for the greeting is for it to be played three times before transferring the call to the next step. Is there a way you could change that to a single playback?

  2. This would allow for more automatic integration between Microsoft Apps and Avaya. These would be for things like posting in chats/teams or creating Tasks, Events, and Meetings depending on data received from another source (a new email, data from a list, A button being pressed in a Power App etc.). This would allow more integration and build more reasons to use Ring Central Apps when already setup in the Microsoft Space

  4. If Ring Central allows for company's main number and NAME to be uploaded to National Caller ID Database , why can't NAMES of individual direct dial numbers be uploaded as well? It would be a HUGE help. On top of that - It appears RingCentral is able to handle these requests already via support tickets: https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/90424/can-we-assign-cnam-to-individual-users-direct-numb.html

  5. I am messaging to see if in a future update, it would be possible to list the Job Title of an individual in the Contact Display of RingCentral. I have a screenshot of the area that I'm looking to see if it can be added.

  6. Customer have asked for the ability to disable RINGOUT for users who users cannot ask the system to call their mobile first before making the call. This is to ensure certain users are using the system as customer see as "Proper" and "Unnessasary"

  8. As an administrator , I often get requests to find out what queue multiple staff are in. We have 162 queues and 969 staff so there is no easy way to gather this information.

Currently, the "announcement before joining" feature of Ring Central Conference is broken in the sense that there does not have to be any actual audio recorded for it to still then connect the participant to the Conference. This is a HIPAA concern, especially since my organization is in the healthcare sector and we use Ring Central Conferencing daily.

  10. We currently have a basic call handling settings and it is difficult to make changes as each level would have different behavior. Were hoping to have a visual way of seeing how the calls will route and where to find the settings.

  12. Polycom's limit is up to 3 expansion module. Please allow this to work with RC account as well.Customer's verbatim: Contacts are not spreading out to all expansion modules attached to the desk phone.Our receptionist has a Polycom VVX410 with 3 expansion modules attached. The expansion modules are receiving power and the onboard phone setting recognize the 3 connected modules. We have filled the receptionist HUD with 100 contacts to utilize the expansion modules.Only the first expansion module is populating with contacts. In the web portal for this phone, I only get the options to select 0 or 1 expansion modules.The…

It is beyond frustrating to switch desk phones between users in RC admin portal, especially if the user needs to switch to an unassigned phone.Please, add a dropdown under the user which allows you to select the phone assigned. Put the same dropdown under the phone itself to select an assigned user. This way it is intuitive.And please stop putting us through the order process to 'order' a phone I already own and charge me for a new line I don't need. This complicates the whole process and is unnecessary.

  14. As per Yealink engineer, softkey layout of the phone is the special design of RingCentral, which cannot not be changed. There were customer prefers to have option to customize it themselves.

  15. Bail bond agents bail software. Clients are sent a text message with a link to make a payment with their Credit Card. And agree to payment similar to a Credit Card Authorization form, Client recives a link to make a payment for their Bail Bond. Software is Captira

  16. EE has already dropped IPV4 and other networks will be dropping it soon, so it is quite important to know when RingCentral will be updating it to IPV6 otherwise it will stop working soon. My phone is on EE and I can't use the Ringcentral App or my laptop when connecting to my phone's hotspot working remotely because outdated IPV4 is no longer supported and other internet providers will be doing the same soon.

  18. When sending a fax, although there are the fields of To, Company & Phone No., there appears to be no way to add that informaiton of the Fax Coversheet. Yet it asks for the fax number and which coversheet you want to use, along with being able to add a note, but nowhere does it allow you to add the recepient's name, company name or phone number you are sending the fax to, or the company name or phone number. I find that so odd since the To and Company are primary in any fax coversheet.
