Add a badge to Cloud Office icon on Task Bar to show status
I sometimes forget to make myself available when I've left my desk. If the icon in the Windows (or Mac) Task bar showed a 'badge' reflecting my status I would be ale to see if I have forgotten.

Call logs that include transfers
Currently call logs are only able to show calls that have come through on direct lines, but now how they were then handled internally. Say, if a caller made a call to the main line, then the call was transferred to another person in the organisation, we cannot see that detail currently. All we can see is that a person called and was on the phone with someone on teh main line for a few seconds, then the call ends.

much larger video file limit in SMS
We are sending texts to our clients all the time. To personalize this, we sometimes like to instead send them a little video in which we thank them in person, introduce the company, etc etc, different themes in different videos. With just 1.5 MB limit per video in SMS, this is impossible. It would be an absolute awesome addition to our client approach and make us stand out to competition as well.

Add Malta MVP GO
The customer is experiencing issues making calls using a Maltese number and found out that the number is an IVN. We advised that IVNs are intended for inbound calls only. However, we do not support Maltese MVP GO at the moment. We need this added in future updates and all other countries with no existing MVP GO.

Create shortcut on home page to Ring Settings
On the home screen create a shortcut to Working hours so that staff can quickly navigate to select other numbers. If caller enters no action, connect to operator delay should be adjustable (it's currently around 10 seconds)
It would be good to adjust the delay as some people would want a shorter delay, or no delay at all to speed up the call.

External contacts in company directory
It would be nice to add external contacts within the company directory. We have a dozen contractors that we do not provide phones for and to be able to add their name and cell number in the company directory would be great to where we could dial by name (and even sms/mms their phone and all other features would be grayed out, etc.).

Send fax using the fax contact list
When I add a contact list on my RC app there's an option to add a business number and fax number. When I tried to send a fax and select the contact on my list it shows the business number instead of the fax number.

Multiple call handling states
I would like to see RC give users the ability to have multiple voicemails and call handling rules for different modes. Like 1 for available, but can't get to phone, one for in a meeting, on for out of office. Each of these modes would then have the ability to set call forwarding rules different from the others.

Call pickup where non Call Queue members can pick up call without using overflow
I would like to have other people (non call queue members) be able to pickup the phone call if they are available, but the voicemail shouldn't land in their voice mailbox. The Front Desk should still have the ownership of the call and be tasked with calling them back.. There is also additional confusion for out clients\patients when they get to a different mailbox from the extension they selected.
