  1. I would love it if I could receive toast banner notifications alerting me to new incoming message(s) (eg. direct, minitalk, or messages posted to a team). Currently it appears I can only get sound notifications, emails that show up at a 15 minute increment or a getting the Icon to bounce. I currently have my icon set to bounce once. Often times I miss that clue if I turn my head away too long from my screen.   4. I am requesting the shared voicemail box feature on our account, that is currently in open beta. I was told to request this feature to be added to my account by sending a request here. I spoke to Paulo today 02/20/2022 at 3pm est. The support ticket #: 14653341

  5. Yealink has a new series of DECT headsets, with a LCD screen control interface, great microphone noise processing technology, and overall an amazing product. They are designed for mobile+softphone. https://www.yealink.com/product/headset-wh66Unfortunately, Ringcentral only supports Jabra/Poly headsets. I much prefer this product over what Jabra / Poly are producing. Given Ringcentral already supports many Yealink products, I would encourage you to include this headset, it's a winner.Lawrence

  6. A feature that allows caller's encountering Ring Central voicemail to hit zero to be transferred to an internal extension or an outside number configured by the extension owner. A sample voicemail greeting would be: "Hello, this is Josh, I am away from my desk right now but if you have an emergency you may dial zero to reach me on my cell phone or you can leave a message after the beep and I will return your call".

If a call is forwarded to another extension from the an extension it would be nice to modify the incoming CID on the destination phone.Example:Call comes into extension 150.Extension 150 is set to forward to 170 if 150 doesn't answer.On extension 170 we would like to have the CID modified similar to what is done in Call Queues to indicate call came from another source and not their DID.-Mitch

  8. We would like to be able to disable the Email-to-Fax service for all users at a central point. Also it would be good to be able to have a option to enable/disable whether a user is allowed to send faxes.

Until a couple of weeks ago, RingCentral had the ability to search for every time a word appears in an SMS conversation.For example, if I was texting Bob about pizza, I'd be able to see the messages containing "pizza" from yesterday, a week ago, and a month ago.This feature disappeared at some point in the last few weeks, and it's made SMS search pretty useless as a result.Now if I search for "pizza", it just returns the most recent time it was mentioned in my conversation with Bob. There's no way to see when we'd discussed it earlier.Please re-add this…

  15. Avaya has a Crisis Mode in their existing on premise system that allows a Receptionist to see which extension dialed 911 within their organization. Would it be possible for RingCentral to enable this feature as well, please and thanks?

  16. Currently the new RC Video is not able to link to Microsoft on premise exchange / Outlook. The only options to link a calendar are Google or MS 365. I must say I understand the move off of the Zoom platform but to ask people to be moved off by March 8th 2021 and lose these necessary features makes it very difficult.Thank you in advance,Derek

  17. You should block reported user/s who perpetuated cybercrime using your flatform. There must be a way to flag and block the account if it is determined as fraudulent. I am in communication with one right now whom I verified as job recruiter scammer whose aim is obtain personal information and conduct a fraudulent bank transaction

  18. Currently, robocall blocking must be enabled one at a time for user extensions. It would be easier if this setting (and trusted numbers) could be applied through a user template to many users.

  20. I have a bunch of contacts and it would be great if I could send specific texts to specific people all at once. Right now I have to add everyone individually. Ideally if there was an automation to select the groups and send out automate texts at specific intervals, it would take away all the manual work.
