  5. There needs to be a smoother way to switch over a free account to a paid one. We had some employees that have free guest accounts to be able to chat with our teams. We now wanted/needed to get more numbers we added 2 numbers and was not able to add the users because the email address was already being used on the free account/guest account. In the free/guest account profile there is no option to delete this account to simply to resolve this problem quickly and easy within the same day. The support had to submit a ticket to…

  6. We use paging groups to unlock doors in the building. We have SIP relays connected to the doors. If a visitor calls from the entrance, once we disconnect the intercom, we dial *84 and then 14 to unlock the lobby door. If we could have the paging groups in the RC app, we could click the paging group and unlock the door from either the desktop or mobile app. Paging groups don't show up in the new software, but they did in the legacy software?

  7. As you cannot currently see what templates have been applied to a user you cannot see which settings are currently being managed for that user by template. This should be similar to the roles where you can see which one is applied

  9. To offer a feature that allows end users to schedule a Glip message to another user. Globally enabling people to send a scheduled Glip message while alleviating message sender concerns about a message notification interrupting the recipient outside of their business hours. (Glip message notifications do not follow user hours).

  11. This currently exists in the RC Phone app, but does not exist in the new RC App for Windows. I use this feature constantly. I would like to be able to use only one app, but I need to continue use of RC Phone in order to access my favorite contacts. Also, why don't all of my contacts that are in RC Phone sync with RC App?

  12. EU would like them to have the ability to receive a confirmation page that the fax was received by the recipient. It is specifically an image of the page that was faxed on the confirmation page.

Ring Central "Classic" would show the icon from a status next to the user name in the left hand column of the app. Hovering over the icon would show the status text (including custom status text). This is not implemented in the new Ring Central App.As we are all working remotely we find this was a good feature. I can tell if someone is simply "out of office", or even "Running" or "Having Lunch".This is NOT the same as DND, it conveys much more information and DND affects other behaviours too.Please re-implement this missing feature in the new Ring Central…

  16. A user was typing a message and a phone call/meeting appeared. One of the keystrokes, not sure which one, instantly declined the call and ended it. The user did not have enough time to verify the incoming call. It would be great to not miss calling due to typing a message during an incoming call.

  17. RingCentral office should make it clear on the Admin portal what it can and cannot do for subscriptions and recurring reports for Queue Management. It seems like a very simple function that should have been included as part of the reporting analytics, user breakdown within individual queues, not each dept has to see the analytics for teams outside of their own. And scheduling recurring reports for each queue to view their performance seems like a basic report Admins should be able to provide and generate easily without manipulating excel reports to share that info.

Share faxes or voicemails amongst users within the same queue....without having to leave the RingCentral app. To be as specific as possible, make the incoming fax and voicemail section shareable across users, so if one user checks a voicemail it becomes marked as read to all users. If we're really shooting for the moon here add an automatic label denoting who checked that fax/voicemail with a timestap for accountability. Everyone being blasted by texts and emails for each incoming item doesn't really seem appropriate in a place of business. "Already Exists" was a bit of an exaggeration on my "RingCentral…

  20. 1) For an added ADmin to be able to remove members from the team2) to import a list of team members to be added It's hard to add/remove members if only team creator is able to do so, as they might not always be available. It's difficult to create a team with members in the 100s, if each email address needs to be entered manually. we have 600 users we need to add as members. there should be an eas-ier way to do this.
