Hello RingCentral Dev team,Please migrate the functionality from https://service.ringcentral.com/.../messages/ page, to the new Windows and Mac RingCentral GLIP App. Enable the Queue Managers to listen to and delete queue voicemails right from within the same app that they use to access their personal voicemails. This would be an invaluable addition and keep them working within one unified app.Please and thank you!

  3. This is maybe new behavior so maybe my muscle memory needs resetting, but when I want to "Like" a post, I go over to the emoji place and click to see the flyout."NO. Stop clicking. Now you just hover. If you click, it closes the flyout. Arg."This is annoying for me anyway :) If you could allow me to click there and not close the flyout, I'd appreciate it.

  5. Still new to RC and exploring about - and finding that certain items, while seemingly logical, aren't programmed in. (Well, 98% programmed...)What I mean by this is there are the Presence 'dots' (status colors) for when you are seeing the users under Direct Messages displayed under Messages. green/gray/red/etc. As well as in other areas on the RC app.If the screen is set to show the Team members (the Pinned/Files/Images - sidebar) - why do the Dots not show up. Oh, they do if you hover over each one at a time - but that's not a good use of time.Unless…

  7. Recently, while removing 37 DID phone lines from our premium web portal, there was 2 options, 1. Hold line and move to unassigned area. 2. Release and remove line. The 2nd option leads us to believe we are no longer liable. You should add language in there specifying we still need to contact our RC Rep and let them know what DID numbers to actually remove from our account so we are not paying for them anymore etc.

  10. I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

  11. ...to toggle over to the Messages tab.. While on the phone tab on ring central application it would be nice to see if my other team members are on the phone, instead of having to toggle over to the Messages tab

  12. Periodically, we have a need to transfer to an internal employee's cell phone, or secondary phone number. It would be great to add those additional lines to the saved contacts. Please add this feature!

  14. The customizable and embeddable RingMe button only allows you to specify an IVR or a User's extension. It would be beneficial to allow the call to ring into a call queue.   18. It's very aggravating not having a quick shortcut on the left sidebar area to access "Messages", and/or being unable to set my startup landing page to our Team Chat group. This would definitely benefit the app and it's users; not having to navigate every time they want to toggle between pages or open the app each day.

  20. In the old phone icon app, I could change my notifications so that it send me an alert when someone was calling my ring central line. I would have the choice to decide if I wanted to click on the notification which brought me to the app so I could answer the call or not. Now if I am on the phone using my regular number the ring central line keeps popping up in the middle of my call. I used to be able to be on my phone and then swipe the banner notification up so I didn't have…
