  1. This is a new customer and they requested these icons be removed like what they did for Messaging. They use Teams and have a Cisco PBX are do not want these icons as they confuse the end users. They will be using RC for Video and Audio conf but wanted the full Ultimate license so at some point they can from Cisco phones to RC. These icons prove also to be against compliance for many organizations as they don't allow SMS/Text and Messaging (most have Teams and it is locked down internally and with DLP enabled).   3. When using the dialpad in the application, I should never have to leave that window to perform any normal phone based function. Buttons should be intuitive and common functions should never be hidden under a “…” More button. Most users will never use/need the “Video” function on a voice call and yet it is a central button on screen during a voice call, but the “Transfer” function that is very commonly used by most users is buried under “More”.   7. I'd like to add text to the paging screen? I'd like to add the paging extensions that can be pressed. Much easier that passing out phone cheat sheets that everyone loses. Using Mitel 6940 units

I would love to have a setting to be able to shut myself off from receiving incoming calls but not fully "do not disturb" so I can hear when people message me directly or if there is communications in chats. If we have it on DND now people message me and I can't hear anything, but I just want to silence my phone, not everything else on the app. Thanks!

  9. I would be useful to be able to have a Group Name for the Call Park ext. that is meaningful to the IT Department for ease of administration and a different Display name that is meaningful to the site and enhances the users ease of use.

  10. I would like to be able to expand my history of my direct messages to see most recent to older messages. Reason this would be useful -- if I forget the name of someone I had a direct chat with, I can look back at the list of people and find the person, click on them and the message history will be there.

Idea: Add trace for deleted voicemail to the audit trailWho would benefit from it: All Account adminHow should it work: Audit trail should be able to track and provide details when a Voicemail was deleted, who deleted it and when it was deleted, so it will be easier for the Admin to track and explain to their User what happened to a missing or deleted voicemail.

  14. We have in person staff meetings roughly every 2 weeks. I have entered these staff meeting into my Google calendar. I would love to be able to make it so whenever I am in these staff meetings, all messages and calls would be forwarded to my adminstative assistant's extension. Is this possible?

  15. The customer wants the callers to enter direct extension numbers even if the IVR Menu is set up. Wants to set up a greeting for the callers to hear that they can enter the extension number or additional key press options.

Currently the phone HUD can be popped out to a separate window, but with all of the recent updates to the phone features of the ring app, it would be nice to have the phone section open separately from the messages section. Currently, when attempting to launch two (or more) instances of the Ring Central desktop app, nothing happens.

  19. Kelly Services is asking if there is a way to block Robo calls from the company numbers that are assigned to IVR’s and Queues. Customer knows they can set this for the users DID in the user settings. Asked the Product Manager (Dieter Rencken) and this is currently not supported to added this as a feature request.

  20. I get so many fax messages, and I can't always check them right away. Usually I'll save the fax message as a PDF if the relevant file folder (for client files -- I'm a lawyer). But I don't always have time. It would be great if there were a checkbox beside each fax message, so we could check it off once we've dealt with the fax message (saved the file to the relevant folder). (I don't want to delete them). And otherwise, as I'm going through the list, it's hard to keep track of which fax messages I've reviewed
