  1. Team profiles might contain nformation and static resources about the team, such as documentation, links to get help, etc. Link in this area are NOT clickable, but they should be. Copy/pasting a link is time consuming.

  2. The request is for the ability to drive users Provisioning/ De-provisioning from AD. Additionally, they should be linked to Roles templates to determine which permissions users would have from the time they are added.

  3. we'd like to add a feature wherein admin/users have an option to check in call logs what happen to a call, why it was routed to a voicemail right away specially when call was routed to a call queuesample: an indication showing that the call queue is full that is why call gets routed to vm right away

  4. It would be helpful to be able to send a group message directly to a team or department rather than having to input each individual person's name. For example, if I'm not a part of a specific team but want to send them a message, I would simply create a new message and enter the department/team name and then it would send a message to everyone within that group. This would be helpful for those trying to contact a department that they aren't a part of and don't know each individual in the group.

  5. We noticed there was a contact listed that is no longer with us -- and is not part of the Web Admin Portal user list at all. Chat support said they'd need to manually request a deletion since there is no way for me as an acct Super Admin to do this in the App or the Web Portal.Chat support also said of a "team" a super-admin is not by default an admin -- and I had to have a random employee who setup a team give me team access so I could delete it since it wasn't necessary.

  7. It would be great to be able to activate limited extensions when creating them.The kitchen and breakroom phone don't need an email address assigned to them which means I end up assigning my own and I have to manually click on each email and activate them myself.We have hundreds of sites with phones like this and it is a major pain.

  9. My business shares two accounts across two buildings next to each other and only one main line number that's known, so being able to park a call and both accounts being able to see it would be useful.

  10. Change the color of the "green" available light/icon to a brighter shade. The lack of contrast makes it hard to see rather or not the user is available on most devised. A much brighter shade or different color all together would make it easier to see

  11. There is no way to shrink the window and show more of the name under tasks. When shrunk, most data lost, when enlarged, lots of blank space. I'd like more control over the window size/shape on my desktop.

  13. Participant sort list seems random, should be able to sort by alpha, surname, who's unmuted/talking, etc. Seems to be a huge missing feature. Additionally, the fact that the participant list seems to randomly change order is problematic when trying to use the list.

I updated my RingCentral app on my Mac a while back (now version 21.2.10.452 Web, 21.2.10.949 Mac) and since then, an important feature no longer works: the Team/Room Description that used to show up in the right hand pane (and contained helpful info and links for the room) is no longer there. Seems you can get to it by way of the three dots in the upper left but that is far less useful than having it right there upon arriving at the room.It would be incredibly helpful to have that back for immediate orientation for folks joining a room.

  15. My company has been using RingCentral for many years. Every time I use the app, I get interrupted in the process of performing a task by a "click here to..." notification. Not only am I fully aware of the features of RC, it is becoming burdensome to try to even make a phone call. In-app-window notifications such as this should be able to be turned off in settings.

  16. It would be great if an automated text message could be sent out when the caller presses a number or an extension. For example, to get a link to our address texted to you, please press 1. To get a link to our online scheduler, press 2. Once the user presses the number a txt message would go to their cell phone with the links.

  20. The option to select more than one phone number for agents to use as a Caller ID would be useful for companies that want their agents to be able to call out with a main number as well as their direct line while limiting agents access to all company numbers.
