Send a second Call Queue Voicemail email notification after hours
Customer would like to have a feature where a second email notification to be sent on a delay to another email address. Would prefer this email to be sent during off hours to an alternate address.

Add setting to suppress prompt to update Windows RingCentral Phone app
When there is a new update available for the Windows RingCentral Phone app, it prompts the user to update it. If you have the app deployed using the ALLUSERS=1 switch, it will prompt for admin credentials to complete the update. It would be nice to be able to supply a configuration flag either in registry or while deploying (like SUPPRESSUPDATE=1) and then the user will not be prompted to update when one is available. Status to be displayed on APP when app is in the task bar (similar to teams)
We would like to see the status (busy/DND etc.) to be viewable from the "R" application when it is on your task bar. This way you do not have to open the app to see what status you are - This would prompt people in remembering they went on DND - as it would have a red circle of something similar highlighted.Teams has this function so something similar to teams would be ideal.

Adding extra digits to the incoming number
It would be useful to add extra digits to incoming phone numbers displaying on my phone. I found this feature to be usefull (it used to be an option) because it told me right away that it was a business call via ringcentral. I use my phone also for personal calls, so this made it easy to screen them

Separate Hold Music from Call Flip
Putting someone on hold and playing music is acceptable practice and usually a user will tell the other person on the line that they will be put on hold. A call flip however is primary used by the user to leave the office or return to the office while on the phone. This transition is so fast and smooth that hold music is not needed. It can also cause confusion to others on a call when they hear hold music when not expecting it. I request there be a setting to disable just the call flip hold music and not…

Custom Fax Cover Pages (as is available in RC Phone)
The RingCentral Phone app provides the ability to upload a custom fax cover page, which we use to include our company logo along with some instructions and a disclaimer. Please consider adding this feature to the new RingCentral app.

Monitor calls/answer calls for others in RingCentral App
We need a way for our receptionists to use the RingCentral App to monitor and answer calls for their department directors. This is only available using the RingCentral Phone however the rest of our institution is using the RingCentral App for desktop(glip).

When an account is deleted there should be a 15 day data retention policy in place in case of mistaken deletion, or for auditing purposes.

Add Job Title to User List Columns and to Filter
It would be nice to have the Job Title field added to the list of fields able to be added as a column in the User List in service web. Also add the Job Title field to the filter so I can filter by all users with the same job title.

Add Custom Event Repeat Options
For instance, if I wanted to schedule an event for every week day except Mondays, I could select weekly recurrence and then select Tuesday through Friday.

Filter phone items
Unread, Urgent and other default and custom flags would be helpful as filters in the history list. Buttons in the left panel within each section (like All voicemail exists now) and selectable in the Filter search box.

Filter tasks in the sidebar
A long list of tasks (complete and incomplete) in the sidebar of a team is not very helpful when there are dozens of tasks. It should be possible to filter them here (complete, section, person, due date) as well as in a summary task management window.

Hi there, i basically have 3 extensions on my account (admin one and dispatch team) the problem is that the dispatches can t see the calls that are being directed to the numbers i have. Same problem with recordings...can you guys add the recordings in all of my extensions and the ringcentral phone app...? please...its really important

Bulk Phone Number Template Programming for Configurations
The request is for the ability to bulk assign trunks similar to users in the Enterprise space. High Density Analog requirements that need our eFax capability disabled (Voice Only) takes a significant amount of time to program trunk by trunk. This could be accomplished by an Audio Codes MP1288 or AT&T Pots in a Box (PIAB). The goal is to be able to set a Template for Voice Only and apply that Voice Only Template to Phone Numbers that will require the eFax to be disabled.

Display full name of contact on inbound calls
When a client within our contacts calls in on the application only the initals are shown and not the full name so we really have no idea who it is until we pick up the call which is no use to us and I can imagine to anyone with more than 5 people in their contacts.
