I would like to be able to label the numbers by company name in my phone so I know what company I am dialing out from.
if i own 10 companies i dont want to remember every phone number to dial out before i call. if i can click on app. click on phone symbol.pull the phone numbers down from the from: tab and see all my company names with ph#'s THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!

Allow Call Queue members to change queue status for desktop app
We have two call queues that our internal help desk can be a part of. There is a feature to allow the queue members to select which queue they want to take calls for. This currently only applies to the mobile app, however my team uses the desktop app exclusively.

Authenticator app for 1st time log in
requesting to use authenticator apps when logging in to the Ringcentral for the 1st time. Aside from the security code sent via email, it would be easier if we can approve/ confirm the access via an app on mobile or computer.

Granular control over notifications
Adding the ability to play a sound or display an indicator without flashing message content into view, or the ability to snooze notifications so that rather than flashing up for every message, only one is seen per given time interval, or a single persistent notification to indicate unread messages. Could be controlled on a per-user basis.Currently you can only enable or disable notifications entirely on the desktop app per user.

Please consider linking the custom rules to Google calendar.
Currently I go to Phone System, Auto-Receptionist, General Settings, IVR settings then custom answering rules. I add a custom answering rule for each day of the month to let the system know which EMS doctor is on call from 8 AM - 10 PM that day. Then the team wants it on the Google Calendar, so I go into google calendar and add who is on call for each day of the month. LOTS of room for error and VERY time consuming. Please consider.

Show Extension Number on DeskPhone when Idle
My VVX-450 phones only show the username on the screen. I think it would be a nice feature if the deskphone displayed its ext number on the screen. On a similar note, it would be nice if it displayed the DID of the phone as well. Of course, the best way would be to allow the Admin to configure whether it showed this information, or just the Username.

Allow the use of Enter key on Admin password pop-ups.
When clicking on the voicemails for other users from within the Admin panel, it pops-up and asks for that users passcode. (see image)It would be nice to have two things occur at that point:Focus on the box brings the cursor to the password field. Right now, you have to click into the field to enter data.The <Enter> key should be valid input for the form submit. Now, you have to mouse over and click 'Confirm'Nothing too earth shattering, but with a few hundred users, it adds up on clicks.Thanks!

Feature Request: Glip Direct Message Filtered Alphabetically
Currently, on Glip (RC Unified app), under Direct Messages, whoever sends you the most recently message will be the one to appear first on the list.Along with that, there is also be a way for users and admins to filter out the list of users alphabetically.

RC app softphone forwarding
My suggestion is to allow the RC phone app to accept transfers alongside its desktop app counterpart. This would be very useful for customers who do not have headsets and rely on their cellphones for using their RC account

Sales/Lead Dialer
It would be nice to be able to upload a list of leads/contacts (from csv or other format) to be dialed in succession without the need to key in each individual phone number at the beginning of each call.

Custom Rules - Include Name of Rule On Each Step/Screen
As a law firm that mandates all inbound calls need to be answered by a person and not VM, I set-up multiple Custom Rules for the week, and each day of the week. I could have up to 7 different Custom Rules in the same day because of admin scheduling. It would be efficient to see the name of the rule on each screen of the process. Installing a sound equaliser in BT's 'BT Cloud Work Phone' app, made by Ring Central
At the moment, BT's BT Cloud Work Phone, developed by Ring Central, doesn't have a built in sound equaliser unlike many soft phones. Speaking to BT they say that the software doesn't have the ability 'yet' but couldn't tell me if this meant it was on it's way. They were a little vague.

Allow callers on hold to disable or change the hold music
One of my clients uses ringcentral. I dread being the first caller to one of their conference calls, because the default hold music is repetitive and (totally my opinion) awful.I may be the only person in the world that doesn't like it, but in the off chance that other people groan and roll their eyes every time it starts playing...
