  3. RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to a call queue with the even if it routes to the same user.

  4. The MS Teams Embedded App and its associated "Ghost App" are very useful. However, enhancing it even further by extending the new "Deskphone Pairing" feature into the Ghost App can extend the usefulness even further when it comes to MS Teams integrations.

  5. It would be nice for a user with a desk phone and the RingCentral app to separate call queue calls from their mobile phone. (Desk phone rings for direct calls and queues, only mobile phone rings for direct calls)

RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams account would like to have the option to disable False Answer Supervision. current behavior: When a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, the call gets automatically answered as SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is being sent right awat. expected behavior: While SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is disabled.If a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, an MFA will be sent to the user. The call will only connect when the user authenticates using the code.

  10. One groundbreaking feature we propose is the automatic synchronization of new contacts between various CRMs, including Jobber, and RingCentral. This would eliminate the manual process of updating contact databases in multiple platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of human error. More importantly, it would allow for immediate customer recognition when a call comes in, thereby elevating the service experience to a new level of personalization and efficiency.

  15. Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

  17. RingCentral for MS Teams 2.0 Embedded Dialer: limit RingCentral communication to RingCentral users.(ware malcomb UID:63084070023)During a recent MS Teams Embedded dialer POC, it seems RingCentral communication was sent to non RingCentral users via MS Teams. (see attached image 1)
    per prospect: "Our users continue to get unwanted alerts from RingCentral that some are reporting as phishing or scams. Perhaps it’s time for us to create a group to control the communication?"

  18. I'd love the "quote" feature to only include the first line of the message and link back to the original message to see the full content. The log gets pretty clogged up when a message is very long, and people keep quoting multiple quotes after the original message. It would be great if you had a "reply" feature in addition to "quote" (or instead of it) that allowed you to respond within a message in a conversation style, similar to Facebook. This would allow you to collapse messages with many responses and expand when needed. Active conversations with new replies…

  20. In really like the current integration with Teams and how it integrates with scheduling perfectly, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that you can't make a video call, only audio. Teams call quality is generally pretty bad and I was hoping to utilize the power of RingCentral.Also I think this would be a big selling point for you guys, if video meetings were possible through the Teams app, this would eliminate the need to have Zoom for this kind of use case.
