Remove Log-in Limit for RingCentral Phone app
Customer has done de-authorizing their phone app multiple times and when they are logging in to the same device, it is giving them 'Limit Reached'. They wanted to have this removed as for the limit so they can use the phone app without any issues.

MMS | RingCentral for Hubspot
For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.
It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

RingCentral CRM Extension for Load Board
Currently customer is using CRM call Load Board which is integrated with RingCentral using a chrome extension called RingCentral CRM Extension. Recently, they had issue with the SMS feature which changes some of the characters of the text. Upon checking, customer is still using the RingCentral Phone App, so I ask customer to use the RingCentral App instead and that fixes the issue. With this, I ask customer to uninstall the RingCentral Phone App, But after doing so, the customer is no longer able to use the Chrome extension, which allows them to dial out directly from the CRM using…

Additional SCIM Field Mappings
Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.

Will the integration work with the Firefox browser addon if I have the RingCentral Firefox addon installed? I do not use Chrome as my default browser. If I but install the Clio RingCentral addon through Chrome could I use the integration if I sign on to Clio using Firefox?
