Previous App Version
Please consider having an option to not update the app itself, specifically for the user interface. We had a hard time using the newly updated app. Some people are still comfortable with the preview of the previous version. Hoping to consider it

Salesforce integration - Log all calls regardless of RingCentral for the Salesforce browser is closed
If you are out of the office, not logged in (aka after business hours), and Salesforce is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Salesforce CRM.

Force call type/outcome for logged calls | RingCentral for Hubspot
A way to force the call type and call outcome upon logging a call and default these to mandatory. Corporately we are trying to capture reporting on this but because it is not forced people are skipping this step.

Add Rule for RingCentral Automator
Please add additional rules for RingCentral Automator. For example, there should be a list of reply options such as "No" or "Yes" or "End this conversation". Additionally, replies with "To" should end the conversation and the user should receive a notification.

Disable Headset and Advanced in RC App
when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?

It would be great if we had the option to bypass the operating system's network permission when installing plugins and an option to install it without creating a desktop shortcut.Most installers have options on whether to add shortcuts. However, the installer with RingCentral is behind some layers of wrappers so we need to experiment with whether we can customize this behavior

MS Teams Embedded App Contact list
It would be great if we had the ability to select between which contacts to be displayed in the embedded app (RingCentral contacts/Partner brands or Microsoft Teams contacts).
Some users prefer RingCentral/Partner brands Contacts to appear on MS Teams Embedded App or the other way around.

Allow directory sync API for RC Contact Center to sync custom fields/directory names.
In Quebec, Canada there is a law referred to as 'French First' - this means Quebec-based businesses are required to use French whenever and wherever possible, before English. The RC → Contact Center Corporate Directory sync enforces a 'Corporate Directory' in English to be present. If the API does not find this directory, it will create it. For our customers in Quebec, this creates a problem where they will rename the directory to the French "Repertoire d'entreprise" but will not sync, and a new English 'Corporate Directory' is created nightly, with updated/synced contacts.The sync API does not allow for custom…

Customer verbatim : We have purchased an Ultra account and have configured our SFTP accountin your app for syncing recorded data to our server. However, we havenoticed a delay in data availability after recording. We requirereal-time recording on our server, meaning that the data should be available immediately after the call ends on our SFTP or VSFTP server.
