    Update January 2024: This is now panned for Q2 2024


    Good news! We're planning to implement support for SIP cancel cause=200 "call answered elsewhere" for simultaneous ringing calls. Implementation of this SIP standard will prevent misleading missed call notifications from being reported when the simultaneous ringing call is answered by someone in the group. The feature is planned, but may not get delivered until Q1 2024. We will keep this post updated when we have a more specific date!

    Thanks for this idea. For numbers exceeding the max of 100, we recommend exploring Contact Center as an option. This may be a better option to accommodate phone-heavy companies.

    At this time, the RingCentral for Apple Watch is no longer available for download. If already installed, the app will continue to work, and previously downloaded content will still be accessible.However, no updates are being made to this feature at this time.

    Thanks for your feedback, Dan. The more details and use cases the better. Joe, Custom Emojis are not a feature at this time. The idea was merged with other ideas requesting Custom Emojis. This is under "Future Consideration" by the product team and we'll update this idea when we have further details.
