    I have a user extension that I created for the purpose of making calls internally.I don't want this user extension to have make and receive calls. I heard that Ring Out feature has the capability to have them add their external number and still able to make outgoing calls. I want to have an option to remove the capability of the user to use Ring Out

    I want to use my toll free number as a digital line. Apparently, I cannot swap my toll free number to be a licensed number.
