We recognize the value of integrating third-party products with the RingCentral platform. However, except for a few of the most common products customers need to integrate, we rely heavily on our developer community and ISVs to help build these integrations. However, we have created products for developers that make integrating with RingCentral much easier. I want to introduce you to one of our most popular tools: RingCentral Embeddable.
RingCentral Embeddable allows embedding a fully functional RingCentral phone into any website. A large number of CRMs use it to help teams enable the following functionality:
- Click to dial. Call any contact with a click of a button.
- Call dispositions and notes. Be prompted to enter call notes at the end of a call (requires additional coding).
- Schedule meetings. Schedule calls with customers and add them to your calendar.
- SMS and team messaging. Send and receive SMS messages from your browser. Log them in your CRM, and more

In this video, a call queue member “SZ” receives and answers a call from the Test 1 call queue.After about 10-15 seconds, you’ll see a call pop-up in the Call Queue Pickup section of the HUD. This is a 2nd call that “SZ” then answers from Test 1 call queue, which puts the first call on hold.If this meets your needs, please let us know.
