  3. I want to ensure that we have a backup of the chats. Some of our users have lost their chat history, and it's impossible to retrieve those conversations. Having a chat backup option would be beneficial for users, allowing them to recover their data.

  4. Enable users with non-RingCentral numbers to opt out of SMS from all RingCentral numbers by texting "STOP" to any single RingCentral number. A feature that allows a user can send the word "STOP" to RingCentral's main number and it will opt-out them out to send SMS.

  8. Have the option to use the call queue ext as SMS recipient and not just a regular extension.


    Customer verbatim:
    Hi, all of our call queues SMS recipient is currently configured to go to my extension. How do I change call queue to receive text message to it's direct number? We also want to receive text message notification by email.

Users receive uploaded attachments on SMS messages renamed to a random string of numbers that look suspicious and unrelated to the SMS message that was sent as part of the campaign/message that was sent and may not open the file that has the information that they need to review. It would be better if the attached file retained the file name that it was uploaded with so they know it is intended to go along with the text message.

  12. The user is registered for inbound SMS only, but they are seeing the message at the bottom: “You can’t send or receive texts until your number(s) have been registered with US carriers. Register here.”

    This message confuses the user about whether they still need to register or not. The admin is requesting to remove the SMS reminder for TCR registration.

  13. Hello, currently the opt-out message that I am given the option of adding to my texts says "Reply STOP to opt out of these texts." I would like to add to the message the Spanish translation of that text. Please let this be an option in the TCR. Thank you!

  14. Way to view additional guest information—such as their name or contact details—on the RC app when a message is received. Currently, we’re only able to see the guest’s phone number, but it would be incredibly helpful operationally if we could also pull their reservation number, email address, and name through the API.
