I would like to be able to order the template texts alphabetically or what ever so that I can find them in a logical order. ie - all texts pertaining to Reminders, or Paperwork Due, etc. - I like and use the templates every day. I used to have a text file on the side of my RC that I would cut and paste into RC. So great addition!

  2. So I actually there is no trigger for whenever you send the sms. Like there is a trigger for whenever you receive an sms. It would be great if we find the trigger for outbound messages as well. Like mentioned in the attached screenshot.

  4. Please add a < and > in the upper part of the phone app's text screen - like the voice message screen - to easily move through texts. Right now they are listed vertically. Open one and it reverts to the prior screen: you don't know which text you just read... or which one is next to read.
    Using the left and right arrows like the voice messages means you read/reply to a text, then click an arrow to go up/down to the next one. PLEASE. I need this.

  8. As of right now, all archiving is done on a per text basis. For each individual text sent, that generates an archive in a standard note file. For the purpose of consolidating files, it would be very convenient if you could choose to opt into having a text thread downloaded at the end of a day (midnight) all into a single file so that way it’s easier to reference and entire conversation rather than having to go through each individual file to piece them together. Other text archiving services do this so I know the functionality is possible.

  9. As of right now, there’s not an option to choose the SMS/Text archive into Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive. The next best thing is Google OneDrive. Our firm (along with many other businesses) use Microsoft 365 for all their business tech. This functionally would be very convenient if the integration was built.

  12. Customer wants to disable/deselect/turn off the reading pane/Text sms, just like when you go to the Unread messages. On the SMS box it should be showing like a blank page and it should still show the number of the sender of the SMS.

  17. This request aims to enhance the management of SMS numbers to minimize issues with blocked messages. Users have reported difficulties when numbers are not registered with active campaigns, leading to service disruptions.

    In this case, the number was used prior to being added to a campaign, resulting in a block. Although it functioned after being registered, it will remain blocked for at least 30 days due to prior usage.

    We propose developing a system that automatically checks and registers numbers, along with providing notifications about their compliance status. This enhancement will help reduce disruptions and streamline the management of SMS…

  19. For bulk forward text messaging, it would be incredibly useful to separate each text and send individually. If a user could also automatically include the name of each telephone number if they’ve programmed the corresponding name to that phone number, then users could personalize each individual text - which would help mass texts feel more personal and helpful for people in sales positions who are trying to disseminate advertisements.
