  2. Currently, Workflow Builder limits SMS ID to direct lines only. We propose enhancing this feature to allow the use of alternative phone numbers as SMS IDs. This expansion would provide greater flexibility for businesses with multiple phone lines or those wishing to use dedicated numbers for specific workflows.

  4. RingCentral App doesn't make any attempt to handle those carrier restrictions.

    Some of the carriers apparently lowered their size limits but RC App still on 1.5 MB Limit
    Users will think that 1.5 is the limit but with other carriers it only allows 1 MB.

    Requesting for a feature wherein RingCentral App will automatically detect carrier MMS limit so users would be notified if the file being sent to another carrier is exceeding the limit regardless if they update their limit.

  6. When we copy/paste a screenshot or image into an SMS Text thread it just shows "image.png" and we have no way to confirm if it is the correct image sent to the correct customer/person. We deal with sensitive financial information and this risk bears great consequence for us. Please make a way to see the image that is being pasted into the SMS thread!!

  7. Currently, call queue groups are displayed in the contact list when users attempt to send an SMS and browse their contacts. We want to prevent these groups from being visible to users while sending SMS or browsing contacts for SMS, but still maintain their availability in the company phone directory. We would like to add an option in the app that allows GLIP administrators to toggle the visibility of call queue groups in the SMS contact list, while ensuring they remain visible in the company phone directory.

    Specific user is receiving unwanted text messages we highly suggest for the system to filter the SMS received for unwanted SMS and automatically block them in RingCentral phone numbers.

  16. Turn Off Filtered Words for SMS Texting

    We run a ketamine-assisted therapy clinic and are not able to use the word “ketamine” without it being filtered. This is seriously impacting our business and ability to communicate about the service we offer. We did not have this issue with iPlum or Google Voice and only switched to RingCentral for the added features. How do we resolve this so we can resume normal business? We need this single word uncensored. Please advise.
