  2. Currently, the only option to transfer an SMS is to reroute to the queue group itself. It would be nice if there was an option for companies to allow agent-to-agent transfers. Our team consists of 8 employees, and rather than reroute a customer looking to speak with a specific agent digitally back to the skill group, it would be nice to be able to transfer directly to the agent to wait. Then the next time this agent would be available, they would be prompted to interact via SMS or Engaged Digital (email).

  7. Im wondering how I can create a group that receives text messages from our main phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx. Is like this group to be able to see the messages and reply back to the messages. For example if one of our sub contractors sends a picture in to the main number of a job completion the group sees it and can reply to it

  11. In my office, we have one main phone number that is published and patients recognize. However, through Ring Central, each team member has a different (private) number. We are used to having everyone receive and being able to send text messages from the main office number. It would become very confusing for patients to receive text messages from several different numbers (the individual lines) rather than the main number that they recognize.   13. We are an insurance agency and receive numerous photos from our clients. In many cases we receive 20+ photos in a single conversation. We need the ability to quickly download those photos (ie, in bulk). The ability to package the photos into a Zip or similar file and download all at once would save us time!

  15. We had an office emergency in our office yesterday, and we needed everyone to clear the building ASAP. I was able to send a Direct message to all users. Afterward, I was wondering if there was a way to send an emergency notification to all our employees that would interrupt any call with a message.

  16. Most of us use Ring Central to contact customers. When texting, it would be great if the "create group text" is not the default as we have to send the same message to multiple customers, but we don't want them to accidentally receive a group text with other people's numbers.
