Ability to Opt-Out SMS for All Numbers Within an Account
Currently, customers can only opt out of receiving SMS messages by replying "STOP" to text messages from individual phone numbers. This process can be cumbersome for accounts with multiple numbers, as customers must opt out separately for each one.
We request a feature that allows customers to opt out of SMS messaging across all numbers within their account simultaneously. This centralized opt-out option would improve user experience by providing a simpler and more efficient way to manage SMS preferences and ensure compliance with opt-out regulations.

Make an option of Schedule text.
Sometimes you want to do follow up with your client in a week or two from your conversation and you have to create a reminder and then find his number and text him. Imagine you could text him thank you for taking my call. And immediately schedule text for the date and time he requested…. Easy!! And awesome!

Download approved SMS/TCR application for our records
Now that my SMS/TCR application is approved, I would like a record of the specifics of our application so all staff can set up and utilize the content correctly. There is no means to copy or download the content of our application. Most forms can easily be adapted to save to text or PDF so we can have a record, so we would like to have that option available.

Allow SMS in AI Receptionist to Be Sent from Extensions Other Than the Super Admin
Summary:
In the current implementation of the AI Receptionist (AIR), the SMS messaging feature is restricted to using only the super admin extension as the sending number. This limits flexibility and usability for organizations that require communication to be routed through other user extensions or departments.Current Behavior:
When accessing the “Send Text Message” feature within the AI Receptionist, only the super admin extension is available as the sending number.
There is no option to select or assign another user extension or number.
Requested Enhancement:
Provide the ability to select from a list of eligible user extensions or direct numbers…

automatic copy to 2nd sms number
The ability to "bcc" to another text number automatically whenever you send texts and whenever a text is received, so almost like a bcc for email, but it will always send a copy of that text to a particular number for later access if needed to find it since the option to archive the full messages not just logs, is not yet available.

When sending MMS to customers , ".png" format image sending shows "Message cannot be sent".
I need to convert the pictures to.jpg format every time in order to send them successfully.

Allow all USERS to read & reply to all sms messaging
I don't understand why everyone in the office who are ringcentral users cannot read or reply to all sms messages that we get. This feature is critical to our daily duties. This will allow all and any users to read and reply to our customers without relying on only one staff. To avoid unnecessary wait time for all customers and prevent miscommunication.

No delay in loading previous texts in the RC app
The Customer wants no delay when it comes to viewing previous text conversations.

Message Send Failure Notification
When sending a text message, if the message doesn’t go through, there is currently no notification or any indication that it has not gone through. It takes returning to the messaging thread to see that it was unsuccessful. Please enable either a notification or “red dot” over the texting icon and the message thread to indicate when this has happened. Akin to if a message has been received.

SMS keyword auto-reply is selective. It would help if another customizable template is available for holidays or other phrases
