  2. It would be very useful for business owners to be able to add themselves to all voicemail boxes as co-recipients, that way they can easily access all voicemails. Currently the limit of voicemail boxes per co-recipient is 5. It would be helpful to increase this number or make it unlimited.

  5. A small but impactful feature that other systems we've used have is an audio tone/cue when a call is disconnected, whether abruptly or when a call is naturally ended. For anyone using a softphone and using multiple windows on a screen, sometimes it is hard to know if the call was disconnected or if the window is lost somewhere on the screen. Time is spent double checking if a call is still active or not rather than having something notify you appropriately.

  7. When users select the "Blocked" number as their outbound caller ID, recipients often see the caller ID as "11111" or the call is marked as spam. As a result, the majority of recipients do not answer these calls, leading to communication disruptions and inefficiencies.

    Implement a feature that allows the option to whitelist "Blocked" Caller IDs to prevent them from being tagged as spam by recipients' phone systems. This ensures that calls made with a "Blocked" Caller ID appear legitimate and are not automatically declined by the recipient.

  9. What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it.

  12. Decline call at the same time in Desk phone and RingCentral Application

    for my service, i have desk phone, mobile app and desktop app setup for RingCentral. When get a call, if I shoot to choose decline, send to voicemail or silence on one device. The other devices keep ringing. Need this so that action is on all devices.

New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  16. A feature that automatically detects robocalls, suspicious numbers, or altered Caller IDs. This functionality, similar to HIYA, would notify us if a call is suspicious, potentially spam, or a robocall, helping to prevent these types of calls from reaching our line.

  19. From RC App, when I go to Phone > Calls to check the call history, I want the Call and Text icons to be available. When I hover over my cursor to my External Contacts from Call History, it only shows Message and Video even if they don't use RingCentral App.

    When viewing the phone app and communicating with someone who doesn't have RingCentral, users want the ability to communicate directly (call or text) instead of being notified to encourage contacts to become RingCentral users.

  20. Use Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings

    Currently, RingCentral does not support Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings. We should be able to use this IP camera as a compatible device for RC Meetings
