  1. Remove the ability of a non-super admin to change their Outbound Caller ID on the App.

  2. We have just recently started testing the AI functionality with RingCentral and we noticed that even though the notes are very accurate, they are also very short and miss a few quantitative data points we think would be interesting to have collected.

    We are in the healthcare industry and some of those data points would include the Member ID, NPI, Date of Service, TIN, etc.

    Are those settings we can change in the application to have some more extensive notes taken? Or is this feedback we can share for future development maybe?

  4. Missing Caller Number in Shared Voicemails:
    When voicemails are shared via message or email in the RingCentral app or admin dashboard, the caller’s phone number isn’t automatically included for callbacks. Our salesperson has to type it in manually. Is there a setting to enable this?

    I need a "Update User Template" API for e.g. update a callhandling user template, to put hundred or more "callers" to the condition to provide this template for hunderd and mor users.

  9. Share Voicemail via email

    Currently, to share voicemail via email on the app, customers need to install Microsoft Outlook desktop app but as per customer, they are using Google Workspace and not Outlook.

    Please have an option to use other external email instead of just MS Outlook app.

  12. I’d like to submit a feature request on behalf of the customer. She asked if there could be an option to change the color of the profile icon in the RingCentral app when no profile picture is uploaded. Currently, the icon defaults to a preset color with the user's initials, and she would like the ability to customize that for a more personalized experience.

Although we enabled the 'External Shared Contacts Directory' as directed in the KB provided (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-the-shared-directory-of-external-contacts-in-the-RingCentral-Admin-Portal.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US), the newly added contact is not recognised by the desktop plugin but IS recognised by the Teams addon
