  11. At this point, the implementation of selecting multiple voicemails is very poor (pencil icon to enable checkboxes for selection). Why not use industry standards and allow 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' to select multiple voicemails?

  12. The customer wants the option to delete multiple voicemail messages. Instead of using the pencil icon, they would prefer to delete messages by holding the "Control" key and highlighting the voicemails they want to delete, or by using a three-dot menu option to select and delete them.

  13. Wanted to have the ability to reset manually the RingCentral app version report. I'm trying to navigate a mess where half of the people in my org had the EXE install and half were automatically updating like they should. Trying to get everyone on the same auto update version and have a report that confirms that’s actually the case.

We are trying to share a call audio in RC app to the RCV active meeting, contacted support was advised that the feature can only share the recorded meeting download and share it would be better if we can share the audio of an active call to the active RCV meeting using the RC app installed app on the PC

Contacted support having issues with Copper integration with Ring central was able to spoke with a representative getting error with connecting with copper CRM and we were advised to contact copper for support It would be help full if Ringcentral should be able to support copper integration for troubleshooting
