This would be great if you could implement this, I noticed it is already possible for hold music and greeting. I do not really like any of the default ringtones so it would be excellent if you could make this possible! Thanks!

MS Teams Mobile Mode
When a user has MS Teams Mobile Mode enabled, they should have that clearly indicated and guiding them to the MS Teams to get full funcationliaty on the mobile app. As it works right now, users are just shown the dialpad and think there is an issue when they try and check their messages, place a fax, etc. While the intention is for them to do this in MS Teams, this is not clear in the RingCentral app the way it works now.

Make Apple airpods more compatible with RC app
There have been issues with the connectivity of AirPods with the RC app during the recent update. As advised, AirPods are not listed in the recommended headsets to be used with RC but will be highly appreciated if this can be optimized.

A Ring Central notification that is designed to pop up prominently on the screen, immediately taking priority over the other chats and glips. It also functions to simultaneously send a notification to all the phone apps. This feature is particularly valuable in urgent situations such as fires, earthquakes, active shooters, unknown personal on site and other emergencies. It would be highly beneficial if this notification system includes a customizable preset text prompt, allowing for a swift and mass distribution of critical information to the entire company or specific groups and locations.

Disable Autostart of Desktop App
In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.

When sending a fax from the contacts using the RingCentral app, and the contacts have multiple numbers saved such as business, mobile, or fax. When choosing a contact to whom to send the fax the system should identify automatically which is the fax number. All Company #'s Available for SMS amongst multiple users NOT JUST operator extension
It seems SMS use of main company numbers ARE only accessible through the SINGLE dedicated operator. It would be very very helpful to have these numbers accessible for SMS capabilities across other users in the account. Ring Central App ring even if phone is on silent
I take after hours call. Before switching to RingCentral the calls came through a specific number which I had set up as "emergency bypass", allowing my phone to ring even when on Silent. When I go to sleep I do not want my friends to call me and the ringer go off and wake me up but if my patients are calling through ring central I want it to ring and wake me up. Hide the company directory from specific users only
We need this feature to be able to hide specific employees view of the Company Directory as we dont want them to view the information of a certain company location, supervisor name of the other location and other sensitive info.
