  3. From RC App, when I go to Phone > Calls to check the call history, I want the Call and Text icons to be available. When I hover over my cursor to my External Contacts from Call History, it only shows Message and Video even if they don't use RingCentral App.

    When viewing the phone app and communicating with someone who doesn't have RingCentral, users want the ability to communicate directly (call or text) instead of being notified to encourage contacts to become RingCentral users.

  4. Use Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings

    Currently, RingCentral does not support Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings. We should be able to use this IP camera as a compatible device for RC Meetings

  5. When I upgraded from RC Phone app to unified RC App, I noticed that active calls would pop up in a separate window. I don't want calls to pop up in a separate window because it causes clutter and makes it harder to get to the active call in order to manage.

I simply want to create one schedule for our main company lines that includes holidays, have all company numbers subject to that schedule, AND route calls from specific numbers to the appropriate departments during open office hours. Without having to set up multiple holiday schedules for each queue.

  13. Currently the auto-update for MSI is only available only for desktop apps but not on the VDI platform like Citrix etc.. If they can also implement the auto-update of MSI on a VDI platform it will be big help. Currently this is what it says on the support website.

    Does the auto-update MSI work with the VDI environment?

    No. We recommend that our customers who use the RingCentral app in a VDI environment continue to use the non-updatable MSI because the auto-update doesn’t work in the VDI environment.
