  1. When users select the "Blocked" number as their outbound caller ID, recipients often see the caller ID as "11111" or the call is marked as spam. As a result, the majority of recipients do not answer these calls, leading to communication disruptions and inefficiencies.

    Implement a feature that allows the option to whitelist "Blocked" Caller IDs to prevent them from being tagged as spam by recipients' phone systems. This ensures that calls made with a "Blocked" Caller ID appear legitimate and are not automatically declined by the recipient.

Contacted support having issues with Copper integration with Ring central was able to spoke with a representative getting error with connecting with copper CRM and we were advised to contact copper for support It would be help full if Ringcentral should be able to support copper integration for troubleshooting

  7. I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose.   11. I’m looking for a way to have the outbound call go through the mobile app instead of the desktop app and desk phone. Our users don’t have headsets for their computers, but do have earbuds for their cellphones, so we want to click to dial and have it ring through the cell phone app only.

  14. Viewing company call log on RC App without opening the admin portal will be a great feature. I will not need to log in on the admin portal anymore. This is a convenient feature where admin's on my account will be able to view it by just opening the application.

If a RingCentral call is received while in a Focus mode, the RingCentral app can still vibrate and audibly ring the device.On Android, a user can allow the RingCentral app through Do Not Disturb.   17. I work in IT and have to help users update their PINs, but the criteria field covers the re-enter field and is confusing for the user. If it was below and out of the way, it would be more intuitive to the user for them to confirm their PIN.

  19. To avoid missing messages it would be nice if the message conversations had the option to automatically pop out in a separate window instead of having to manually pop the window out. And it would be helpful if that window could flash until interacted with.

    I also think it would be nice to have an option to have the desktop notifications stay visible until you interact with the conversation that the notification is regarding. Instead of disappearing after a few seconds.
