  4. My Admin Team and I have to cover many lines. I would like to assign a different ringtone to each individual line. Right now, I can only change the ringtones for the attendant line entirely. So for example, If I want to make the ringtone a low trill, it changes ALL the lines. I would like Line 1 to be a Low Trill, Line 2 to be a High Trill, and so on. Can you make this feature possible?   6. Some of our company applications that we use utilize shortcut keys such at F6 or F8. We would like to be able to change this at a company level so each user isn't having to manually do this as part of ringcentral onboarding.

  7. When a person calls and the call is not answered, the app would automatically engage with that person (who otherwise might go elsewhere) with an auto-generated text that says whatever the RingCentral customer sets it to.

In Europe it is quite normal that during a call a busy signal is sent to the next caller.Every customer we have brought onto the platform so far complains that the function is not available.Two other customers with 1000 subscribers each with a proof of concept require that busy on busy works otherwise they will not order the platform and switch to another provider.

  10. The filter when adding external (internal) calls, for example, doesn't apply on percentage calculation . The number of Total calls is correct, but the percentage is incorrect. The denominator remains unchanged when filters are applyed.

  12. Currently, if a user monitors multiple user's presence, there is only an option to turn on/off "ring my phone" for all users. It would be helpful to allow that setting to be turned on/off by monitored user. This would allow a user to see the status of users on their physical phone, but not have the phone ring for everyone they want to monitor status.So, I would want to have 10 users where I monitor presence, but only 5 of them I want their line to ring when their phone rings.

  14. Currently, if a user needs a standard MVP license and uses a desk phone, they MUST have a DID assigned. There are many use cases where you may want to assign a desk phone to a user without using a number from the inventory. This is currently causing a lot of problems in my organization.I've heard it was previously possible to assign a desk phone without using a DID. I'd like to bring that feature back.

  15. Often times customers are limited in the software they can use, in this case the customer is only able to use Edge, they are unable to use Chrome. The plug-in does work pretty well with Edge but its not as stable as it is in Chrome. Please expand the availability for this product to also be supported in Edge.

  19. Our receptionist uses a desk phone with sidecars. We're a small company with only about 70 extensions, so we are able to have a button on the phone or on a sidecar for every extension. It is a multi-step process with this system, from a desk phone, to transfer a call directly to someone's voice mail (not to their extension, but to their voice mail). In our former phone system it was a two-touch process (Transfer to VM button, extension button).
