Ability to set a default fax cover page for entire users in the account.

Any follow up on this issue? Trying to distribute and manage a word document for 200 staff with no ability to do so through the admin portal is ridiculous.Is it possible to disable individual default templates?

We need our fax cover sheets to have a legal confidentiality statement in the footer area but there is no way to do that, other than add it in the notes field. Would be nice to be able to customize the fields of the cover page other than creating a separate word doc for each user.

We would like to automate this manual process and have the information autofilled with the user's information. Disclaimer in the fax cover sheet is a must as well.Thank you,James

To have the option to Customize the cover page inside the application every time they send a fax instead of downloading and editing through a document file and then uploading it.

I am adding to this chain of posts regarding the compliance issues that we are facing in healthcare companies, due to the inability to establish a standard Fax cover sheet for all of our RingCentral users. We operate across multiple locations, but we have our medical records department centralized in our main office. It is a violation of company compliance policy and regulatory guidelines to use the kind of workarounds being suggested. This needs to be a standard part of configuration at the time of onboarding your new clients to RingCentral.

This is so vital for your healthcare companies. Sure there is the workaround to do it for each user, but nobody has the time for that and trying to show staff how to do it is not gonna work either. Hope this gets implemented soon so we can utilize it company wide!

To those following this thread who absolutely can't use this system without their legal approved notice, I've gotten around that via an Exchange Online rule that forces emails destined for domain rcfax.com to have that as a footer (and to use TLS). It is UGLY on the fax, but it does get there.

Jumping on the bandwagon here. We can't really use this feature until we can get the disclaimer forced

It would be nice if an admin could create custom fax cover page templates for the users of a specific business to be able to use whilst in the RC app.

It's disappointing that this has been pushed out for "future consideration." The ability to have a company-wide cover page should be a basic feature of any network fax system. The app should not have been designed without this feature in the first place, and it should be added as soon as possible.
