Extremely concerning that this limitation wasn't communicated. We need to see history > 180 days AND a 5000 limit is crippling when you manage hundreds of clients primarily through text messaging. Please address this as quickly as possible!!!

This is a little bit insane to me- we were never told about a limit and one of our sales people is now losing text history with customers because of this. RingCentral - you need to provide a solution for this, this actively damages our ability to do business.

Yes, we definitely need this feature! We are only able to access about 9 months of customer interactions ... some of our jobs can span that long, and we need to have accurate records of communication.

Very important. We need to easily see conversations (not through archiver) we've had with customers and with the 5000 limit, we are only able to go back about 8 months. We also wish this was disclosed at the time onboarding, as this was a feature our previous system had.

I work in healthcare, and the documentation of events that happen is critical. We send 5000 messages a month, and I lose all my history every month that passes.

AGREED, AND HIGHLY NEEDED, THIS IS A FEATURE THAT HAS REALLY HAD US LOOKING INTO OTHER VOIP COMPANIES TO USE, AND AS WE SEE THERES A FEW THAT HAVE THIS, JUST REALLY DONT FEEL LIKE LEARNING ANOTHER SOFTWARE ALL OVER AGAIN SO TRYING TO HOLD OUT AND WAIT FOR THIS MUST NEEDED UPGRADE

Increase the 5000 text limit for SMS messages to a greater amount. Also increase the history length to greater than 180 days. 1 year or better.

After only one month of work my messages are disappearing, I have no record of communication with my clients, other voip systems I had previously did not have that issue. messages were always unlimited (included in premium) and I was able to go back years at a time. Now, I am paying for additional texting each week and I cannot even keep these messages. This will not work.

Our SMS threads are disappearing. RC advised it was due to our SMS reaching the 5000 limit. Storing our SMS threads is crucial to our business. I wish this was disclosed at the time of onboarding. Can the storage limit be removed? Case # 23251509

I do not understand why the message max is 5000. If you cannot extend that then maybe a protocal that emails you the past 5000 messages each time so you have a record of it
