SMS notification sent by RingCentral should be coming from the same number
When RingCentral sends notifications via SMS, the messages come from different phone numbers each time. This needs to be fixed so that they all come from the same phone number every time.

When sending a "New Text" have it open the text message history after entering the phone number
When you send a new text you now have to type the message before you can see the history of texts with that phone number. Please CHANGE IT BACK to the way it was! When you enter a phone number have it open the text message history and then write the text message.

turn off the SMS reading pane
Customer wants to disable/deselect/turn off the reading pane/Text sms, just like when you go to the Unread messages. On the SMS box it should be showing like a blank page and it should still show the number of the sender of the SMS.

When exchanging SMS we need to know the business name for the contact. Currently only the name is displayed when the contact is already saved and we need to hover around the contact, open profile and then look for the business name.
