    Currently, when multiple internal users reply to a group SMS with an external contact, not all internal replies are visible to the group. This makes it difficult to track communications and follow up effectively. Having a centralized view of all internal responses would improve collaboration, reduce missed messages, and streamline communication with external contacts.

  2. My AI Receptionist handles English and Spanish calls. I wanted appointment booking link sent in Spanish for Spanish customers and English for English speaking customers. Currently, there is only one appointment link field in the portal.

  6. Upgrade Text Messaging Features to the RCS protocol in RingCentral.

    "The latest major standard for text messaging is Rich Communication Services (RCS), which provides modern features like high-resolution media sharing and improved group chats, as an upgrade to SMS/MMS."

    This request has been made before and has been "Under Review" since April 2022. It does not take over 3 years to upgrade an app to the latest feature especially when it is widespread.   10. Currently there is not a way to grant access to managers/supervisors to the SMS messages their team members send and receive. There is the ability to grant this type of access to user's call logs using User Groups. Would be great if SMS messages could be part of what is imparted with User Group permissions.

  11. Have a way to remove or disable the "Add Opt-out message" check box from the bottom of a text exchange. It does not need to apply to all text exchanges and we don't want to inadvertently check it.

  13. The Admin Portal needs to have a feature where users with an extension can send a text message to the number, which will provide information depending on the users' questions, such as schedules.

  16. The Resolve feature is helpful, but it should not permanently close the SMS conversation. It would be better to allow the thread to reopen automatically if the client or a team member replies, rather than archiving it completely.
