  3. We have multiple users opening messaged on the same app. We use main business phone number to receive all the text messages. When one of the users reads the message and realizes it was not for him we have to send a group text message to let others know that they opened the message. I can only unread it on my phone app not no one in the team can unread it on the desktop app.

  5. It would be a great feature if, instead of only being able to send a text message as a broadcast also being able to create a page or broadcast to each phone. Somewhat like an "amber alert" so if there is an emergency in the building we can share that with the entire staff.

  7. In the admin call log add inbound and outbound SMS messages. It would be nice to see who is texting and what is being said while looking at all of the calls/faxes made.

  10. We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

  12. Currently, there is no auto-reply to the sender if the RingCentral number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.I am requesting to have a system-generated reply to a sender if the RC number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.

  14. You can already get email notifications for incoming texts, and this is great because it lets you archive that communication the same way you would an email. But unlike standard emails, you only get one side of the conversation, because outgoing text messages cannot be saved like an email. Having the option to receive copies of outgoing texts would let the records be more comprehensive, and would let other employees have a record of the conversation.

  15. When checking voicemail you have the ability to initiate a return phonecall, send a Ring Central Message and delete the voicemail. You can also do other options but not create a SMS Text message. The "Message" window is misleading and scammy because it doesn't initiate instant communication, rather, it's a marketing tool for the user to sell ringcentral to someone who doesn't have it already.   18. According to your site you allow up to 100 receiptients for bulk text messages. There should be a way to create contact groups so if you need to send text messages to a group of people on a regular basis, you can simply select that group and send the message. Similar to teams, however, these recipents do not have RC accounts, but still need to receive text messages from an RC phone number.
