Mass Add users to Teams
We have 200+ internal employees in RingCentral. It would be useful to have mass add functionality in the GUI for Teams/Calendars so Team admins don't have to find every single person individually.Maybe include some sorting features to narrow the list down by Site or by other parameters such as MVP accounts over/instead of guests? Checkboxes and Add All button sure would be nice here.The best solution we have at present is to divide up staff lists and distribute the workload of adding staff.

Allow admins to restrict file types shared via RingCentral
Hi! I think it would be helpful if certain file extensions could be blocked from being sent via message. For example, if admins wanted to prevent executable files from being shared.

Collaborate a file in message
Want to collaborate directly in message and see who is reviewing, and editing a file. Right now you share the file, then you will have to download that file then you have you make the changes then add the new file back into message

Team Audio Notifications
Scenario: a user is apart of around 100 teams. They do not want to hear an audio notification for every single team, and they can turn this off in their settings. However, for 10-15 of their teams, they want audio notifications to remain on. Editing Main Admin & Internal Messaging (Privacy Liability Moderation)
Hey RingCentral,A contractor set up our business with you and they are no longer with us. I've been co administering this account with her since the beginning. Someone else took her position and we gave the account to him, not realizing that they had administrative permissions. This worked out because he slid into that position eventually. Allow Super Admin to view group messages in Ring Central
Team Chats in Ring Central should allow the Super Admin to monitor communications to ensure the banks liability is protected. The same way companies have access to employees emails to protect the company

Exporting Team Chats in Desktop App
We are looking for a way to save/export the text thread from our Teams chats as it has historical information that we will need to reference outside of the Ring Central desktop app. I would also appreciate an integration from a Third Party that does this task as well.

Looking to have Messages panel not collapse if the window is resized
Both in the RC desktop app and the browser based app if the window is resized the messages panel (favorites, direct messages) collapses unless the window is resized to be larger.It would be nice to have a toggle option to disable this collapsing when resized.

Allow individual users to export their own Direct Messages
Can we get the RingCentral app to allow individual users to download their own Direct Messages based on the conversation? Currently only those with appropriate rights and download the DMs but its all of the DMs. This change will allow a user to export a conversation and present it to HR or their manager if there is something questionable going on and maintain a level of privacy that is expected in cases where HR might need to be contact IE harassment.

add checklists to messaging
It would be really nice to be able to create a checklist, or to-do type list in direct messages and teams. Maybe this could be implemented by adding the option for multiple check-boxes on a task?

[ Messaging/Glip ]: New Messages and Active Conversations
Jupiter users end up scrolling a lot throughout the day, especially when have folders. Send voice messages over chat
As a user I'd like to record a quick voice message and send that as an attachment in the chat pane. Like you can do in Whatsapp.Just press a button to record voice, speak your message, then click a button to stop recording. Then send.At the other end, recipient sees the sent file, they click to play the audio, click to stop, click to download it etc.

Requesting disabling of Chat, Texting, Video Conferencing from the computer and mobile application
I need to disable chat/texting/and video conferencing due to compliance rules (as we are in the financial services industry). Our firm will only be utilizing ringcentral for inbound/outbound calling. This is a requirement of our compliance department in order to use services from ringcentral. Thank you.

Sub Team or Team Channel
We would create a Team and then create a sub team or team channel. The team will always remain but the channel will come and go based on what projects we are working on. So when I go check on where we are on a particular topic, I don’t have to scroll down and search endless emails to see who did what last on that topic.

Create Teams with Workspaces
It would be great if we could create a team (public or private) add users and then once the team has been created, we have the ability to create Workspaces and sub-workspaces. For instance, I have a subcontractor I want to communicate with in my RC. I create a team titled ABC Subcontractor and then add the users that belong to that team. Under there, I have clients the subcontractor will handle for me so I want to create Workspace for each client. John Doe Workspace, Jane Doe Workspace. Remove completed tasks from queue, not delete.
When a task is marked "Complete", remove it from the tasks, not delete it. RC Classic would remove a completed task, now they all sit there with a line through it offering only the option to "delete". We use these tasks for day to day work flow and to log how tasks are worked if there should ever be a need to reference them.

Show time when message been sent and edited
Like other messaging platform, there is an option to see on when was the sender edited their messages.This would be a simple feature that might come in handy when it comes to messaging.

organize messages, tasks and alerts on same
We are looking for a little better way to organize tasks, messages etc. What we are trying to do:Organize tasks and messages into some folder or thread that makes it easier to know if someone viewed and if someone acted on a task or message.Have some way to set alerts on tasks and messages so that the alerts and badges could go to the necessary user and be obvious that they need to act on that task, view the message or alert. RingCentral App Messages - Pop Up
To avoid missed messages, we would like to create a Group called “Importance Announcements”. Only Supervisors/Managers can add messages to this group. However, for this group only, once a message has been sent it automatically generates a pop-up big enough that it covers 2/3 of the screen. In order to close the pop up the message needs to “x” out. However, this pop-up only opens when the agent is next in ACW. (this way the pt. isn’t inconvenienced). Please advise if this is possible.
